Testing of Mobile Environmental Toilets in Shanxi

Quản trị 11 tháng 10, 2026

The testing of mobile environmental toilets in Shanxi should be carried out comprehensively from multiple dimensions, covering standards, methods, procedures, and considerations for specific scenarios to ensure that their core performance indicators such as safety, environmental friendliness, and hygiene meet the standards.

I. Testing Standards

The testing should focus on five core indicators:
Safety requires a stable structure, no sharp edges or easily loosened components to prevent accidents such as collapses or pinching during use; Environmental friendliness necessitates the use of recyclable or biodegradable materials, such as eco-friendly plastics and recycled metals, to reduce chemical pollution; Hygiene must comply with the "Public Toilet Hygiene Standards", such as an internal air bacterial colony count of ≤500 CFU/m³ and a bacterial count on the toilet surface of ≤10 CFU/cm²; Convenience requires lightweight design (total weight ≤2 tons) and modular assembly for easy and rapid movement; Durability must pass anti-aging tests (e.g., ultraviolet accelerated aging tests for ≥500 hours) to ensure normal use in environments ranging from -20°C to 50°C.

II. Testing Methods

  1. Appearance Testing: Check the surface flatness, joint sealing, and label clarity to eliminate process defects.
  2. Material Testing: Verify material composition through spectral analysis, such as testing whether the phthalate content in plastics exceeds the standard; metal components should undergo salt spray tests (no rust after 48 hours).
  3. Performance Testing: Load tests should simulate a 200 kg load for 1 hour without deformation; mobility tests should assess stability on a 15° slope; drainage performance tests should check the sealing of the sewage tank (negative pressure test for ≥30 minutes without leakage).
  4. Hygiene Performance Testing: Use ATP bioluminescence to detect surface cleanliness or culture methods to test for excessive E. coli colonies.
  5. Durability Testing: Simulate wear tests for a 5-year usage cycle, such as flushing the toilet ≥100,000 times without damage.

III. Testing for Specific Scenarios

In scenic spots such as Wutai Mountain in Shanxi, three additional tests are required:
Thermal Insulation Performance should test the thermal conductivity of the pipeline insulation layer (≤0.035 W/(m·K)) to ensure no freezing in winter environments at -15°C; Sewage Disposal Methods should verify the microbial degradation efficiency of waterless ecological toilets (organic matter degradation rate ≥90%); Structural Strength should be verified through finite element analysis for wind resistance (≥Grade 10) and earthquake resistance (meeting seismic fortification requirements for Grade 8).

IV. Testing Procedures

The process from sample collection to report issuance takes 6-8 weeks:

  1. Randomly select products available on the market as samples;
  2. Clean and dry them for pre-treatment;
  3. Complete the above testing items in sequence;
  4. Analyze data deviations by comparing with standard values;
  5. Compile a formal report including testing conclusions and improvement suggestions.
