Sewage Purification System Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 13 tháng 10, 2026

Sewage purification system mobile toilets mainly come in several types: circulating water flushing type, chemical treatment type, vacuum drainage type, and dry packing type.

Circulating Water Flushing Mobile Toilets: This type is equipped with an intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment device for fecal sewage. During the treatment process, biological bacteria are added, and biofilm technology is used to accelerate the decomposition of excreta. Biofilm technology provides a place for microorganisms to attach and grow, enabling them to multiply in large numbers and thus decompose organic matter more efficiently. After treatment, the water quality is significantly improved and can be recycled for toilet flushing, achieving the reuse of water resources and greatly saving water consumption. This type is particularly suitable for areas with relatively scarce water resources or places with high requirements for water resource utilization efficiency.

Chemical Treatment Mobile Toilets: These toilets treat excreta by adding special chemical agents to the toilet bowls. These chemical agents have multiple functions such as decomposition, disinfection, and deodorization. They can decompose the organic matter in excreta, reduce its toxicity, and at the same time disinfect the excreta, killing harmful microorganisms such as bacteria and parasites, effectively preventing the spread of diseases. The treated substances have reduced toxicity and can be discharged into the ordinary sewage system or designated collection points without causing serious pollution to the environment.

Vacuum Drainage Mobile Toilets: They use negative pressure suction to quickly draw away the waste. This design requires only a very small amount of water for each flush and transportation, about 0.5 - 1 liter per time, significantly reducing water consumption compared to traditional toilets. The waste is sent to and stored in on-board or stationary sewage tanks. When the sewage tanks are full, they are collected and transported in a centralized manner, which is convenient for management and treatment and does not produce odors or pollution to the surrounding environment.

Dry Packing Mobile Toilets: These toilets have no water flushing devices, and the excreta is received by biodegradable plastic bags. After use, the system automatically changes the bags and collects the excreta for centralized treatment. This type of mobile toilet does not require water, avoiding the problem of sewage discharge, and the use of biodegradable plastic bags also meets environmental protection requirements, reducing white pollution.
