Separable Modular Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 11 tháng 10, 2026

The separable modular mobile toilet is an environmentally friendly toilet that is rapidly assembled using standardized structural units based on modular construction technology, featuring independent sewage disposal and mobility.

1. Modular Design and Rapid Assembly

The core technology of the separable modular mobile toilet originates from modular construction systems, employing the industrial logic of 'standardized structural units'. Each individual toilet is divided into base plates, walls, roofs, door panels, and internal equipment modules. These modules are prefabricated in factories using molds, with dimensions and interfaces adhering to unified tolerance standards. During on-site assembly, the modules are connected using 'dry connections' via pre-embedded metal connectors or clips, eliminating the need for cement mortar or welding. The toilet can be transformed from a flat-pack state to an independent functional unit within 30 minutes. This design reduces transportation volume to less than 1/3 of that of traditional integrated toilets, significantly lowering fuel consumption and the risk of road height restrictions.

2. Independent Sewage Disposal and Mobility

Its 'mobility' relies on a combination of a gravity-flow sewage disposal system and separable sewage storage tanks. Unlike traditional water-flush toilets, sewage disposal does not depend on underground sewage networks. Instead, it utilizes internal guide troughs with a 3 to 5-degree incline to separate feces and urine by gravity: urine flows through pipes into independent liquid-sealed storage tanks, while feces fall into dry treatment boxes with biological inoculum bedding. This separation design reduces the frequency of sewage tank cleaning and further extends service intervals by reducing the volume of solid waste by 30% to 50% within 48 hours using microbial degradants. Suppliers configure sewage storage tanks with appropriate capacities based on the number of users at the site, ensuring flexibility in rental services.

3. Odor Control and Anti-Freezing Technology

To enhance the user experience, the assembled mobile toilet employs triple physical interception technology for odor control: airtight seals prevent gas leakage, activated carbon filters adsorb odor molecules, and negative pressure exhaust systems forcibly expel internal air. In cold regions, sewage pipes are equipped with heating cables to prevent urine or feces from freezing through low-temperature heating, ensuring normal system operation in low-temperature environments. These technological elements collectively guarantee the toilet's environmental friendliness and applicability.
