Senya Mobile Toilet Installation

Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026

The installation of Senya mobile toilets requires selecting the appropriate process based on the toilet type (integrated or split-type), with core steps including positioning and foundation treatment, main body assembly, and functional debugging, all in compliance with hygiene standards.

I. Positioning and Foundation Treatment

  1. Site Planning: Determine the installation location based on usage needs, prioritizing areas with solid ground and good drainage, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation or soft soil.
  2. Foundation Treatment: If the ground is uneven or soft, hardening treatment (such as pouring concrete) or laying steel plates is required to ensure structural stability after installation. For split-type toilets, reserve space for chassis installation; for integrated toilets, ensure the lifting area is obstacle-free.

II. Main Structure Assembly

  1. Split-Type Toilets:
    • Chassis and Frame Installation: Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily, adjusting it to a level state with a level gauge to avoid tilting during subsequent use.
    • Wall and Roof Panel Installation: Insert the sandwich panel wall panels into the chassis slots and secure them with bolts or clips; after installing the roof panels, perform sealing treatment (such as applying sealant or installing waterproof strips) to prevent rainwater leakage.
    • Internal Facility Connection: Install toilets, flushing systems, sinks (if any), lighting, and ventilation equipment. The water and electricity pipelines adopt a modular quick-connect design to shorten connection time.
  2. Integrated Toilets (such as container-type toilets):
The factory has completed interior decoration and equipment integration. On-site, simply use a crane to lift the entire unit to the designated location and connect the water, electricity, and sewage pipelines. The installation time can be shortened to 2-4 hours.

III. Functional Inspection and Debugging

  1. Flushing Test: Check if the flushing system is unobstructed and if the water volume meets design requirements to avoid blockages or leaks.
  2. Circuit Inspection: Confirm that electrical equipment such as lighting and ventilation is working properly and that the wiring connections are secure and not exposed.
  3. Sealing Inspection: Focus on checking whether the wall joints and pipeline connections are properly sealed to prevent odor leakage or rainwater infiltration.

IV. Key Influencing Factors

  1. Toilet Type: Integrated toilets have the highest installation efficiency. Although foldable or telescopic toilets can be installed faster, their durability may be slightly inferior.
  2. Supporting Facilities: If connection to municipal sewage networks or dedicated septic tanks is required, the installation time will be extended; waterless or biodegradable toilets can omit complex sewage connections.
  3. Construction Team Experience: Professional teams familiar with operational norms can significantly improve installation efficiency and reduce rework risks.

Precautions: Installation should refer to standards such as the "Hygiene Standards for Mobile Toilets" (GB/T 21239-2023) to ensure structural safety and hygiene compliance. Special components (such as foot pedals and drainage offsetters) should be installed according to operational norms, including pipeline cleaning, reserved dimensions, and sealing treatment. It is recommended to contact the Senya manufacturer or a professional team for specific installation guidelines to avoid affecting product performance due to improper operation.
