Self-welded Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

The self-welded mobile toilet is a movable public sanitation facility manufactured through manual welding processes, combining the flexibility of manual welding with the advantages of mobility, suitable for various scenarios.

Technical Principles and Process Characteristics The main frame of the self-welded mobile toilet is mostly made of stainless steel or galvanized steel pipes, welded into shape through processes such as manual arc welding and gas shielded welding. Manual welding allows for flexible adjustment of structural details according to design requirements, ensuring the strength and sealing of connections. It is particularly suitable for small-batch, customized production to meet the size and functional needs of different scenarios. For example, the container-type toilet body welded with steel structures uses galvanized aluminum material, with a box thickness of up to 50mm. The interior is treated with thermal insulation and waterproof layers to provide both winter insulation and rainy season leak prevention.

Material and Structural Design In terms of materials, stainless steel is the preferred choice for outdoor scenarios due to its corrosion resistance, ease of cleaning, and long lifespan; galvanized steel pipes reduce costs by being surface-sprayed with anti-rust paint. The structural design comes in single-room, multi-room connected, or modular combination forms: single rooms are about 1-2 square meters in area, equipped with basic facilities such as squat/seat toilets, sinks, and ventilation windows; multi-room connected toilets can meet high foot traffic demands; modular designs facilitate transportation and expansion. For example, container-type toilets use high-strength steel structural frames with integrated thermal insulation and waterproof layers inside, adapting to complex environments.

Supporting Facilities and Functional Expansion Standard configurations include ventilation systems (windows or exhaust fans), soundproof panels, lighting equipment, and septic tanks (or direct drainage pipes). High-end models can be equipped with additional features such as air conditioning, smart sensor flushing, and barrier-free facilities to enhance the user experience. For example, tourist attractions often choose models with air conditioning to cope with high-temperature environments, while construction sites focus more on the leak-proof performance of septic tanks.

Application Scenarios and Core Advantages Self-welded mobile toilets are widely used in municipal sanitation (supplementing fixed toilet shortages), tourist attractions (flexible deployment with minimal landscape disruption), construction sites (relocatable with the project), large-scale events (quick installation and dismantling), and villa areas (balancing functionality and aesthetics). Their core advantages lie in rapid deployment, mobility, and customization capabilities, effectively addressing toilet needs in temporary or high-mobility scenarios.

Industry Standards and Maintenance Points They must comply with the "Urban Public Toilet Design Standard" (CJJ 14-2016), including requirements for area, ventilation, lighting, and odor control. In terms of environmental protection, septic tanks must be leak-proof, and wastewater discharge must meet standards. Maintenance involves regular cleaning, checking for loose welds, and replacing worn components such as seals or flush valves to extend the service life.
