Self-made Mobile Toilet Frame
There are mainly two plans for making a self-made mobile toilet frame: the water tank and support plate plan, and the metal frame plan.

Water Tank and Support Plate Plan
First, prepare a suitable support plate. Its size should be determined according to actual needs and should be able to bear the components such as the water tank to be placed later. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the support plate. The choice of universal wheels should take into account their load-bearing capacity to ensure that the entire mobile toilet frame can be easily moved and that stability is maintained during movement.
Next, place the water tanks on the support plate. Two top-opening water tanks are required here, and they should be stacked. The material of the water tanks should be sturdy and durable, able to withstand a certain amount of pressure and external impact. After stacking, use self-tapping screws to fix the outer frame, using this as the main frame of the toilet. The specification of the self-tapping screws should be selected according to the material and thickness of the water tanks to ensure a firm fixation and prevent loosening during use. The advantage of this plan is that the cost is relatively low, and the production process is relatively simple, without the need for complex tools and techniques. However, its stability and durability may be relatively weak, and structural instability may occur, especially during long-term use or when subjected to significant external forces.
Metal Frame Plan
When using a metal frame as the toilet frame, the choice of metal material is crucial. Generally, angle steel and square tubes, which have high strength and stability, can be selected. Weld and assemble the metal frame according to the design requirements. During the welding process, ensure the quality of the welds to avoid problems such as cold welds and missed welds, so as to ensure the overall strength of the metal frame.
When assembling, operate strictly in accordance with the design drawings to ensure accurate connection of each component. The metal frame should have sufficient strength and stability to bear the weight of the human body and any external impacts it may encounter. At the same time, consider the anti-rust treatment of the metal frame. Anti-rust paint can be applied to the metal surface or other anti-rust measures can be taken to extend its service life. The advantage of this plan is that it has strong stability and durability and can adapt to various complex usage environments. However, its production cost is relatively high, requiring professional welding equipment and techniques, and the production process is relatively complex.
