Self-made Mobile Board House Toilet
Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026
A self-made mobile board house toilet can be constructed using either a water storage tank and a pallet or a water storage bucket. Here are the specific steps:

Construction Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet
- Basic Frame Construction: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet bottom for easy mobility. Place a water storage tank recovered from a garbage station and use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line at the top to form an open-top tank. Stack two open-top water storage tanks upside down and secure them with self-tapping screws to enhance stability.
- Doorway and Drainage System: Cut a rectangular opening on the tank body as the doorway. Drill a hole in the interior floor and install a drainage elbow and pipe to ensure smooth sewage discharge.
- Sanitary Ware Installation: Secure the toilet and apply sealant to prevent leaks. Fix the water pipe at the wall clips, install a faucet, and connect a pipe cap with a hole below. Secure a stainless steel basin as a handwashing basin, connect the toilet water tank and shower hose, install a toilet seat and a homemade spray-type showerhead to meet basic usage needs.
- Door Construction: Make a door using wooden boards and hinges, and install a door handle to ensure normal use and sealing of the door.
Construction Using a Water Storage Bucket
- Water Storage Bucket Processing and Frame Construction: Take out the water storage bucket and split it in half with an angle grinder. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board and secure wooden strips to the upper side of the bucket with self-tapping screws to increase height, providing space for subsequent sanitary ware installation.
- Doorway and Wall Construction: Cut a doorway on the side of the water storage bucket and install sponge strips on both sides of the doorway to form a door frame. Insert plastic soft boards between the wooden strips to form an elevated wall, enhancing the privacy and stability of the toilet.
- Roof and Waterproofing Treatment: Place the upper half of the water storage bucket on top of the wooden strips to form a roof. Apply white waterproof paint to the wooden strips to prevent wood decay from moisture.
- Sanitary Ware and Drainage System Installation: Make a simple door by splicing foam strips with discarded honeycomb wooden boards. Drill a hole at the bottom of the bucket and install a drainage pipe to form a floor drain, and drill holes on the side to connect direct joints. Place a plastic bucket on the roof to form a small water storage device and connect a water pipe-made bath heater. Install a three-way joint below the water inlet pipe and connect a showerhead. Place the toilet and install a water tank, secure the toilet with glass glue, and connect the drainage pipe to the sewage bucket. Connect a three-way joint horizontally on the outlet pipe and extend a water pipe to the doorway as the handwashing basin's water inlet pipe. Drill a hole in the door and install a joint to complete the entire toilet's functions.
