Self-Installable Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 12 tháng 10, 2026

There are self-installable mobile toilets available. Here are two common ways to build a self-installable mobile toilet:

Building with Buckets

  • Base Construction: Take a wooden board and install universal wheels on it to serve as the base of the entire mobile toilet. The universal wheels facilitate the movement of the toilet.
  • Bucket Body Processing: Place the cut bucket on the base and fix it with wooden strips to stabilize the bucket. Then, use an angle grinder to cut a large bucket to create an entrance and exit. Wrap and fix the cut edges with wooden boards to prevent injury to users.
  • Space Expansion and Decoration: Extend and heighten the bucket with aluminum-plastic panels and then install a bucket lid to increase the internal space and privacy of the toilet. Paint the internal wooden strips with white paint for moisture resistance and aesthetics.
  • Functional Component Installation: Process wooden doors with wood and install them on the door frame with hinges to enclose the toilet. Mark and drill holes at the bottom, connect elbow drain pipes, and install floor drains for drainage. Drill holes on the side and bottom center of the green bucket to install water pipe connectors. Place the green bucket on the top bucket lid, assemble a showerhead with PVC pipes, and connect the relevant components to enable the shower function. Drill a hole in the middle of the base as the toilet drain pipe, install a newly purchased toilet, and apply sealant to ensure normal use and prevent leaks.

Building with Water Storage Tanks and Pallets

  • Base Construction: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a pallet to enable flexible movement of the entire mobile toilet. Place water storage tanks retrieved from a garbage station on the pallet as the main structure of the toilet.
  • Tank Body Modification: Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked lines on the top of the water storage tank to form an open tank body. Invert and stack another top-open water storage tank on the first one and fix them with self-tapping screws to increase the internal space of the toilet. Cut a rectangular opening to form a doorway for easy access.
  • Drainage and Toilet Installation: Drill a hole in the internal floor of the water storage tank, insert an elbow, and connect it to a water pipe for sealing. Align the toilet with the drain hole, place it, and fix it with glue to ensure smooth and stable drainage.
  • Other Functional Installations: Fix water pipes on the wall with clamps and install a faucet. Install a stainless-steel basin as a sink below the faucet to meet hand-washing needs. Connect the toilet tank inlet pipe and shower hose, install a showerhead bracket and toilet seat, assemble a spray-type showerhead with water pipes to enable the shower function. Make a toilet door with wooden boards and hinges and install a door handle to ensure privacy in the toilet.
