Self-Assembly Container House

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

When self-assembling a container house, it is essential to pay attention to key aspects such as structural design, material quality, ground treatment, and ease of assembly and disassembly.

Structural Design: Determine a reasonable frame structure based on the usage scenario. For earthquake-prone areas, a sturdier frame is required, while areas with strong winds need wind-resistant designs. Common structural types include welded integral boxes and bolt-connected modular boxes. The former has strong resistance to deformation and is suitable for frequent lifting and moving, while the latter requires checking the tightness of each connection node to ensure overall stability.

Material Quality: Choose high-quality steel and insulation materials that comply with the Building Material Quality Standards. The common thickness of steel walls ranges from 1.5mm to 3mm. Thicker walls provide greater load-bearing capacity but also increase the self-weight. In terms of coating processes, hot-dip galvanizing offers a longer corrosion-resistant lifespan than cold-dip galvanizing, especially in areas with significant temperature variations and humidity changes, where the coating quality directly determines the rusting speed of the container body.

Ground Treatment: Provide a uniform load-bearing foundation for the container house. For long-term fixed use, it is recommended to pour a concrete strip foundation with a width of 30cm to 50cm and a depth determined by the local frost depth, with a top surface height difference not exceeding 5mm. For short-term use scenarios, precast concrete pads or steel pads can be used, with a pad spacing not exceeding 2m, and a crushed stone leveling layer should be laid beneath each pad.

Ease of Assembly and Disassembly: Precisely control the contact state between the container body and the foundation. Use steel wire ropes with sufficient load-bearing capacity during lifting to ensure that all lifting points are evenly stressed, avoiding unilateral stress that could cause the container body to twist. After the container body is positioned, immediately check the fit between the bottom beam and the foundation pads, with a levelness error controlled within 2mm per meter.
