Principle of Sanitation Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 24 tháng 9, 2026

The principle of sanitation mobile toilets is mainly based on water injection and flushing, water conservation and resource recycling, as well as environmental protection technology solutions, achieving efficient and environmentally friendly toilet functions through various technical means.

Water Injection and Flushing Principle

The water injection and flushing design of sanitation mobile toilets is quite flexible. For some products, the hand-washing tank is located on the left side, and users can directly inject water by turning it on, with a foot-operated water outlet device installed below for convenient operation. The clean water tank is usually located on the front right side and can also be used by simply turning it on. More advanced products adopt a method of automatically collecting hand-washing water and adding special agents to achieve efficient flushing effects. For example, only 0.46 liters of water per person is required to complete toilet flushing, significantly reducing water consumption. This design not only improves water use efficiency but also reduces dependence on external water sources, making it suitable for areas with water scarcity.

Water Conservation and Resource Recycling Technologies

Sanitation mobile toilets employ various technological solutions for water conservation. Waterless flushing types do not require connection to water supply and drainage pipes. They treat excreta through physical or chemical means, achieving zero water consumption operation, and are suitable for scenarios without water sources or where water sources are inconvenient. Water-flushing types, on the other hand, require connection to water supply and drainage pipes but reduce water consumption through optimized design. In addition, these products integrate rainwater collection and filtration systems, purifying rainwater for toilet flushing to further conserve water resources. Meanwhile, the technology of using hand-washing water for secondary toilet flushing is also widely applied, achieving water resource recycling by collecting and filtering hand-washing water, significantly enhancing water conservation effects.

Environmental Protection Technology Solutions

The environmental protection technology solutions for sanitation mobile toilets cover various types. Waterless flushing types treat excreta through biological degradation or chemical means, avoiding sewage discharge and reducing environmental pollution. Foam sealing types use foaming devices to generate foam to cover excreta, isolating odors and preventing the breeding of mosquitoes and flies while reducing flushing water volume. Water-flushing types reduce water consumption and improve flushing effects by optimizing pipe design and flushing methods. These technological solutions not only meet environmental protection requirements but also enhance user experience, making them suitable for different scenarios.
