Rural Self-Built Mobile Toilet Process
Rural self-built mobile toilets can be realized through two plans: the modification of a water storage barrel or the combination of a water storage tank and a pallet, both of which do not require complex civil engineering. The specific steps are as follows:

Plan 1: Modification of a Water Storage Barrel
Basic Structure Construction
Use an angle grinder to split the water storage barrel in half lengthwise from the middle. Fix universal wheels at the bottom of the wooden board to achieve mobility. Increase the height of the barrel body with wooden strips and self-tapping screws to ensure that the internal space meets usage requirements. Cut a door opening on the side and install sponge strips to form a door frame, improving airtightness and comfort.Wall and Roof Installation
Embed plastic soft boards as wall materials, taking into account both lightness and waterproofing. Invert the upper half of the water storage barrel as the roof, apply waterproof paint on the surface for beautification and to enhance weather resistance. Drill holes at the bottom and install drainage pipes to form floor drains. Connect direct fittings on the side and place a plastic bucket on the top as a water storage device to achieve flushing functionality.Functional Component Configuration
Install a bathroom heater made of water pipes to provide basic lighting and heating. Connect a showerhead through a three-way fitting to meet bathing needs. Place a toilet and fix the water tank to ensure the stability of the sewage system. Connect the drainage pipe to a sewage bucket and extend the water pipe horizontally to the door as the inlet pipe for the washbasin, completing the modular assembly of the entire device.
Plan 2: Combination of a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet
Mobile Chassis and Tank Body Processing
Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a plastic pallet to form a mobile chassis. Place a recycled water storage tank and use an angle grinder to cut the top to create an opening. Stack two tank bodies and fix them with self-tapping screws to increase the internal height and water storage capacity.Space and Drainage System Optimization
Cut out a rectangular door opening that is 180 centimeters high and 50 centimeters wide. Drill holes in the internal floor and install elbows and water pipes to construct a basic drainage system. Place the toilet and seal it with glue to prevent leakage. Fix the water pipes with wall clips to ensure a neat layout.Sanitary Facility Installation
Install a faucet and a stainless-steel basin washbasin. Connect the inlet pipe of the toilet water tank and the shower hose, and equip it with a spray-type showerhead to enhance the user experience. Install a toilet seat. Make a door with wooden boards and hinges and install door handles to complete the enclosure and functional improvement of the entire structure.
Both plans achieve rapid assembly through modular design and can be selected according to the availability of materials. The modification of the water storage barrel focuses more on space utilization, while the combination of the water storage tank emphasizes structural stability. Both are suitable for rural scenarios and have low costs.
