Rural Mobile Toilet Construction Contract
Quản trị 02 tháng 10, 2026
The rural mobile toilet construction contract needs to clarify core terms based on the rental or renovation construction scenario. The following is a detailed explanation:

I. Core Terms of Rental Contracts
- Rental Subject and Ownership: The contract should specify the model of the mobile toilet provided by Party A, the number of squatting positions, and supporting facilities, and note that the ownership belongs to Party A, while Party B only has the right to use. For example, Party A provides a 10-squatting-position environmentally friendly mobile toilet, and the ownership always belongs to Party A.
- Transportation and Installation Responsibilities: Party B can choose to pick up and transport the toilet by itself or entrust Party A to handle the transportation. The freight shall be borne by Party B. Party A is responsible for providing free guidance on the installation of water supply and drainage pipelines and power sources, but the installation location must meet the site conditions of Party B.
- Usage Restrictions and Inspection Rights: Party B shall not transfer, mortgage the equipment without authorization, add or remove components, or relocate the installation site. Party A has the right to regularly inspect the integrity of the equipment. If human-caused damage is found, Party A can require Party B to compensate according to the 'Rental Toilet Goods List'.
- Rental Period and Fees: The rental period is calculated based on the actual number of days of use. Less than one day is counted as one day. The rent should specify the unit price and total price, and additional fees such as lifting and transportation fees and installation fees should also be separately agreed upon.
- Damage and Loss Responsibilities: During the rental period, if the equipment is damaged or lost due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall compensate according to the list. If the damage is caused by force majeure, the two parties shall negotiate a solution.
II. Core Terms of Renovation Construction Contracts
- Project Scope and Acceptance Standards: The contract should specify the construction content, such as planning and design, material procurement, civil engineering reinforcement, and facility replacement. Acceptance should comply with construction drawings, technical specifications, and national standards, and Party B should submit quality inspection records.
- Quality and Material Requirements: Party B must construct according to the specifications, and the materials should meet environmental protection standards (such as waterproof and deodorizing materials). If the quality is unqualified, Party B shall repair it by itself and bear the costs.
- Construction Period and Payment Method: The contract should specify the start and completion dates and the total construction period (e.g., 60 days). Payment can be made in stages, such as an advance payment of 30%, an interim payment of 30%, an acceptance payment of 30%, and a quality guarantee deposit of 10%. The quality guarantee period is usually 1-2 years.
- Obligations and Safety Responsibilities of Both Parties: Party A has the right to supervise the construction progress and make payments as agreed. Party B should submit a construction plan, assist in acceptance, and bear the construction safety responsibilities. Accidents caused by Party B's own reasons shall be the responsibility of Party B.
III. Dispute Resolution and Attachment Requirements
Disputes over rental contracts can be resolved through arbitration or litigation. Disputes over construction contracts are usually resolved through litigation, and the court with jurisdiction is the court at the location of Party A. The contract should be attached with a material list, construction drawings, and other attachments, and the effective conditions (such as taking effect after signing and stamping) should be specified.
