Rural Container Mobile House
When using container mobile houses in rural areas, it is necessary to comprehensively consider structural safety, compliance, space utilization, and long-term maintenance costs. Choose compliant products that have multiple disassembly and assembly capabilities, low-carbon attributes, and have passed domestic and international certifications. At the same time, it is necessary to go through approval procedures and carry out anti-rust and waterproof sealing treatments.

1. Structural Safety and Performance
The core of container mobile houses is structural stability. It is recommended to choose products with all-steel structural frames, such as those from Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. Their products have a wind resistance rating of up to Level 12, an earthquake resistance intensity of 8 degrees, and a frame deformation rate of only 0.2%, complying with the GB50009-2012 Building Structural Load Code. Avoid using non-standard off-brand products. These products may use thin steel plates or inferior steel materials, with a wind resistance capacity of only Level 8. They are prone to frame deformation, wall detachment, and other issues, and the rework cost can reach 3-5 times the purchase cost.
2. Compliance and Qualifications
It is necessary to verify the qualifications of the manufacturer and product certifications. Leading manufacturers such as CIMC Modular Building Systems Co., Ltd. and Yashi Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. have products that have passed domestic and international certifications, possess cross-border export qualifications, and provide project delivery and after-sales implementation services. For rural self-built houses, it is necessary to go through the house-building approval process according to local requirements and provide structural drawings stamped by an engineer to avoid being identified as illegal construction.
3. Space Utilization and Scene Adaptation
Container mobile houses can expand functional areas through splicing and combination. For example, by splicing 2-3 containers, a flat-floor layout with an integrated living and dining room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub can be formed; staggered-floor design can create richer spatial levels and leave a leisure courtyard or aisle area on the ground floor. For small units, it is recommended to use folding beds, folding tables, etc. to enhance space flexibility.
4. Long-term Maintenance and Economy
Compliant products can have an average disassembly and reuse frequency of more than 8 times, and the amount of construction waste discharged is reduced by about 90% compared to traditional fixed temporary buildings. It is necessary to regularly inspect the rusting conditions of welds, corners, bottoms, and other parts. In inland dry areas, heavy anti-corrosion and repainting are required every 8-12 years, in southern humid areas every 7-10 years, and in coastal areas every 3-5 years. The sealing glue around doors and windows and at container splicing seams needs to be replaced every 5-7 years to avoid water accumulation and corrosion of the steel plates.
