Requirements for Setting Up Mobile Toilets
The following core requirements must be met for setting up mobile toilets:

1. Spatial Layout and Size Specifications The interior space of mobile toilets should adhere to ergonomic principles, with common dimensions ranging from 1.1 to 1.5 meters in length, 0.8 to 1.2 meters in width, and 2.3 to 2.7 meters in height, ensuring comfort for single-user occupancy. For temporary events, the standard is to provide one mobile toilet unit per 50 people, with a minimum single-user area of 1.5 square meters. The ratio of toilet stalls should consider gender differences, with a recommended male-to-female ratio of 1:1.5, and accessible stalls (dimensions ≥ 1.2 meters × 1.5 meters) should be provided to accommodate individuals with special needs.
2. Material Selection and Structural Stability The exterior, interior walls, and floors should be constructed from eco-friendly materials such as stainless steel and fiberglass-reinforced plastic, which are resistant to weathering and corrosion, extending the lifespan and ensuring safety. The structural design should balance stability during transportation, installation, and daily use, for example, by employing modular assembly methods to enhance wind resistance. The interior should be designed for easy cleaning and maintenance, with smooth surfaces to reduce dirt accumulation and inspection ports for quick repairs.
3. Hygiene Conditions and Environmentally Friendly Design Ventilation systems are crucial and should maintain air circulation through exhaust fans or natural vents to minimize odor buildup. Hygiene facilities must be comprehensive, including sinks, mirrors, hooks, toilet paper holders, and flushing systems (or waterless flushing technology). For rental-type public toilets, emergency lighting should also be provided. Some high-end models may incorporate deodorization devices or solar power systems to further enhance environmental performance.
4. Safety and Environmental Compliance The site layout should comply with fire safety regulations, keeping away from storage areas for flammable and explosive materials. The sewage system must be connected to municipal sewers or designated collection points, with strict prohibition of direct discharge into rivers, soil, or other natural environments. Regular cleaning and disinfection should be conducted during daily operations, using eco-friendly disinfectants to avoid chemical pollution, while sealed fecal tanks should be used to prevent odor diffusion.
5. Basic Site Conditions The site should be selected in flat, solid areas, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation. There should be no obvious pollution sources nearby, and a minimum distance of 5 meters should be maintained from dining areas and residential zones to reduce odor interference. The site should have clearly defined entrances and exits, with a width of no less than 3 meters to facilitate transportation vehicle access and equipment maintenance. For temporary events, planning for water and electricity access points and temporary fencing should also be done in advance.
