Rental Mobile Toilet Structure

Quản trị 24 tháng 9, 2026

The structure of a rental mobile toilet mainly includes the box structure, sewage system, functional accessories, roof, and wooden flooring.

Box Structure: It is the main frame of the mobile toilet, mostly made of metal or composite materials, featuring a modular design for easy disassembly and transportation. The basic frame is composed of wall modules, roof modules, and base modules. Wall modules often use high-strength composite panels, which provide certain thermal and sound insulation properties, effectively blocking external noise and temperature changes to offer a relatively comfortable environment for users. The roof module design must consider drainage slopes to prevent rainwater accumulation and avoid damage to the toilet. The base module generally includes an integrated sewage storage structure for collecting and treating waste. Some mobile toilets also use lightweight steel structures with anti-corrosion properties, ensuring long-term use in various environments without easy damage.

Sewage System: It can be divided into water-flush, vacuum, and biodegradable types. The water-flush type relies on water flow to flush and store waste in a sewage tank, with its flushing unit providing not only water flow but also involving water pressure control and flow regulation mechanisms to achieve water-saving design. The vacuum type uses air pressure differences to draw waste into a collection device, offering high processing efficiency. The biodegradable type decomposes solid waste through microorganisms or chemical agents, with its internal sanitation processing system divided into multiple functional sub-units such as flushing, waste collection, and deodorization. The waste collection unit typically contains biological or chemical degradation media to accelerate the decomposition and transformation of solid waste; the deodorization unit uses activated carbon adsorption or catalytic reactions to render internal gases harmless.

Functional Accessories: These involve auxiliary facilities such as ventilation, lighting, and handwashing. Ventilation facilities maintain air circulation inside the toilet, reducing odors; lighting facilities provide sufficient light for users; handwashing facilities facilitate hand cleaning, with the combination of these accessories determining differences in user experience.

Roof: Generally made of fiberglass materials, fiberglass has certain environmental protection properties, meeting basic roof functions while complying with environmental requirements and helping to reduce environmental impact.

Wooden Flooring: It selects high-quality FRP raw materials, offering advantages such as moisture resistance, slip resistance, easy cleaning, and wear resistance. It effectively prevents water penetration, avoiding ground damage or bacterial growth due to moisture, ensuring a dry and hygienic internal environment in the toilet; it increases safety during use, reducing the risk of people slipping and getting injured; it facilitates daily cleaning and maintenance, allowing for quick removal of stains to keep the toilet clean; it can withstand frequent use and foot traffic, showing no signs of wear easily, ensuring long-term use and aesthetic appeal of the flooring.
