Rental Mobile Toilet Agreement
The agreement for renting mobile toilets typically includes the following key elements:

I. Purpose of the Agreement This agreement clarifies the rental intention reached through friendly negotiations between Party A and Party B, where Party B rents mobile toilets provided by Party A for temporary sanitation needs in specific settings (such as events or construction sites).
II. Rental Items and Duration
- Details of Rental Items: The agreement must specify the model, specifications, quantity, and technical parameters of the mobile toilets to ensure they meet Party B's usage requirements.
- Rental Period: The start and end dates should be agreed upon, and any extension of use requires prior negotiation and the signing of a supplementary agreement.
III. Rental Fee and Payment Method
- Rental Fee Amount: The total rental fee is determined based on the rental duration, number of units, and services provided, which may include additional charges for transportation and installation.
- Payment Method: Payments are typically made on a periodic basis (monthly/quarterly/annually). Party B must transfer the rental fee to Party A's designated account by the agreed-upon date, and late payments may incur penalties.
IV. Usage and Custodial Responsibilities
- Usage Standards: Party B must not modify the structure or function of the equipment without authorization and must use it for the agreed-upon purposes.
- Custodial Obligations: Party B is responsible for the proper custody of the equipment. In case of damage or loss, Party B must immediately notify Party A and bear the costs of repair or compensation.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Party B must regularly clean the equipment to maintain hygiene and prevent malfunctions due to improper use.
V. Transportation, Installation, and Dismantling
- Party A's Responsibilities: Party A is responsible for transporting the equipment to Party B's designated location, completing installation and commissioning, and ensuring normal operation.
- Handling After Rental Expiration: Party A must dismantle and transport the equipment back after the agreement terminates, with Party B providing necessary assistance.
VI. Repair and Maintenance
- Party A's Obligations: Party A must regularly inspect and maintain the equipment to ensure it remains in a usable condition.
- Fault Response: Party B must promptly notify Party A of any equipment faults, and Party A should repair or replace the equipment within the agreed-upon time (e.g., 24 hours).
VII. Liability for Breach of Contract
- Rental Fee Breach: If Party B fails to pay the rental fee on time, Party A has the right to terminate the agreement and claim penalties.
- Unauthorized Disposal of Equipment: If Party B subleases, transfers, or mortgages the equipment, Party A may terminate the agreement and hold Party B liable.
- Damage Compensation: If Party B's negligence causes damage to the equipment, Party B must compensate for the actual losses incurred.
VIII. Termination and Dissolution of the Agreement
- Natural Termination: The agreement automatically expires upon the end of the rental period.
- Termination Due to Breach: Either party may unilaterally terminate the agreement in case of a serious breach by the other party.
- Return Obligations: Upon termination of the agreement, Party B must return the equipment and clear out personal belongings.
IX. Dispute Resolution Both parties shall prioritize negotiation to resolve disputes. If negotiation fails, they may file a lawsuit in court.
X. Other Clauses

- Supplementary Agreement: Any matters not covered may be addressed in a supplementary agreement, which shall have the same legal effect as the main agreement.
