Renqiu Mobile Toilet Structure

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

The structure of the Renqiu mobile toilet mainly includes the main frame, enclosure structure, roof, floor, and functional modules, with a design that balances practicality and durability.

Main Frame

The main frame serves as the supporting structure of the mobile toilet. It is typically welded from national-standard light steel keels, reinforced at the bottom with channel steel or I-beams, and uses square steel for the columns. After anti-rust treatment, this structure can have a service life of up to 20 years, ensuring the stability and long-term usability of the toilet.

Enclosure Structure

The enclosure structure, including the walls, is an important component of the mobile toilet. The wall materials are diverse and can include polyurethane sandwich color steel plates, metal carved panels, etc. These materials, with a thickness of ≥1mm, not only have fire-resistant and anti-corrosion properties but also effectively block sound, providing users with a relatively private and quiet space.

Roof

The roof is made of FRP material, which is lightweight and durable. Inside the roof, there is a thermal insulation layer that effectively regulates the temperature inside the toilet, maintaining a comfortable environment in different seasons. Additionally, the interior of the roof is equipped with a plastic-steel decorative ceiling, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the toilet.

Floor

The floor is made of FRP anti-slip flooring, which provides good anti-slip performance to ensure the safety of users when entering and exiting the toilet. The edges of the floor are treated with silicone rubber strips for waterproofing, preventing water from seeping underneath and causing damage. Furthermore, the floor can be replaced with tiles or plastic flooring according to needs to meet different usage scenarios and aesthetic preferences.

Functional Modules

The functional modules are the core part of the mobile toilet, equipped with standard facilities such as a makeup mirror, clothes hook, toilet paper holder, toilet, exhaust fan, lighting, handrail, door lock, and signage. These facilities are comprehensive and practical, providing users with a convenient and comfortable experience. For example, the design of the toilet takes into account hygiene and ease of cleaning; the exhaust fan effectively removes odors from the toilet, keeping the air fresh; and the lighting provides sufficient illumination, facilitating toilet use at night or in low-light conditions.
