Renovated Prefabricated Concrete House

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The renovated prefabricated concrete house boasts excellent performance, efficient construction, a long service life, and a wide range of applications.

Performance:

  • Structural Safety: It uses C30-C40 grade concrete with built-in Φ8-Φ12 steel reinforcement mesh, achieving a compressive strength of 25-30MPa, which is 1.5 times that of traditional brick-and-mortar structures. It has earthquake-resistant, compression-resistant, and weathering-resistant capabilities, with a seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees (equivalent to the destructive force of the Wenchuan earthquake) and a wind resistance rating of up to Level 10.
  • Fire and Moisture Resistance: The concrete material is naturally flame-retardant, and the dense wall structure effectively blocks the spread of fire. The tight connections between modules, combined with moisture-proof treatment, make it suitable for humid environments.
  • Thermal Insulation and Energy Efficiency: The walls have reserved slots for EPS insulation layers. After insertion, the thermal insulation performance is improved by 40%, providing significant warmth in winter and coolness in summer and reducing energy consumption.
  • Corrosion Resistance: The combination of concrete and steel reinforcement offers strong resistance to corrosive factors such as acid-base environments and salt spray, making it suitable for use in coastal or industrial areas.

Construction and Cost:

  • Efficient and Fast: Factory-prefabricated modules (e.g., a 30㎡ module takes only 7 days) are easy to install on-site. Three workers, with the help of a crane, can complete the installation of a single module in 4 hours. The overall construction of a 100㎡ house takes only 2 days and is not restricted by seasons or weather conditions.
  • Recyclable: It supports overall relocation or secondary disassembly and assembly, with materials that can be reused, significantly reducing long-term investment costs.
  • Simple Maintenance: With a designed service life of over 70 years, it only requires routine inspections and no complex repairs.

Applicable Scenarios:

  • Civil Buildings: Self-built houses in rural areas, supporting houses for farmers, and renovation of dilapidated rural houses.
  • Public and Commercial Facilities: Office buildings, small hotels, staff dormitories, canteens and restaurants, and storage warehouses.
  • Temporary Buildings: Office and accommodation for construction sites, temporary supporting buildings for engineering projects, etc., which can be quickly erected and dismantled.

Technical Connection Method: Modules are connected through prestressed bolts and welded steel plates to form an overall frame structure, ensuring stability and wind and earthquake resistance.
