Reasons for Container House Falling
The falling or being blown apart of container houses is mainly related to factors such as insufficient wind resistance, improper installation location and method, and discrepancies between product quality and advertising, as detailed below:

Insufficient Wind Resistance
The wind resistance of container houses is influenced by various factors including design, materials, and structure. Some container houses may be labeled with high wind resistance ratings, but in reality, they may not have undergone rigorous testing. For example, in the case of Zhejiang Haiyan, a container was labeled with a wind resistance rating of Level 10, but the manufacturer stated that this was merely for advertising purposes and that no Level 10 wind tests had been conducted on the house. Ordinary container houses may suffer damage when faced with strong winds due to insufficient wind resistance.
Improper Installation Location and Method
The installation location of container houses has a significant impact on their wind resistance. If installed in an open and windy location, the wind force may far exceed the levels indicated in weather forecasts, causing greater damage to the container houses. Additionally, the installation method is also crucial. If the container houses are not reinforced or if low-quality materials are used, their wind resistance will be significantly reduced. In the case of Zhejiang Haiyan, the manufacturer clearly stated that the current installation method would not withstand winds of Level 10, 11, or 12, and that reinforcement and higher-quality materials would be required.
Discrepancies Between Product Quality and Advertising
Some manufacturers may engage in exaggerated advertising or false labeling when selling container houses. For example, in the case of Zhejiang Haiyan, the manufacturer labeled the wind resistance as Level 10, but in reality, it did not meet this standard. Such discrepancies between product quality and advertising can easily lead to misunderstandings among consumers during the purchase and use process, resulting in the container houses being unable to withstand strong winds and other adverse weather conditions.
