Rapid Assembly Container House

Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026

The assembly speed of rapid-assembly container houses varies depending on the product type and brand. Some products can be fully unfolded and fixed in a single set within 30 minutes, with the overall construction period being more than halved compared to traditional methods.

The rapid assembly feature of container houses primarily stems from modular design and factory prefabrication processes. Taking the modular houses of China Construction Integration Building Intelligent Manufacturing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. as an example, the entire building is divided into independent 'room modules'. Internal decoration, plumbing and electrical wiring, and soft furnishings integration are completed on the factory assembly line. On-site, it only requires connecting the modules via steel structural roof trusses and connecting the water and electricity to achieve 'ready-to-live-in' status. This model minimizes on-site construction work, reducing the construction period by more than 50% compared to traditional buildings. For instance, a certain project was completed in just a few days.

Different brands have varying technical approaches in the 'rapid unfolding' stage:

  1. Foldable Containers: The products of Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. feature a foldable design. A single set can be unfolded by just two workers in 30 minutes, with synchronous unfolding of walls and roofs achieved through hydraulic or mechanical structures, and foundation fixing completed with pre-embedded anchor bolts. Their core advantage lies in reducing on-site operations, making them suitable for emergency scenarios or temporary needs.
  2. Emergency Containers: The products of Yazhi Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. require four workers and one hour for assembly. They typically adopt a standardized interface design, connecting walls and frames with bolts, and requiring on-site water and electricity connection and simple debugging. This type balances transportation efficiency and assembly speed while ensuring a certain degree of structural stability.
  3. Engineering Camp Containers: The products of Shanghai Baoye Group Corporation Ltd., due to their larger size or complex functions (such as multi-story structures), require lifting equipment for unfolding and take about 1.5 hours. Their assembly process involves module lifting, precise alignment, and steel structure reinforcement, making them more suitable for long-term engineering camp scenarios.

The core logic of rapid assembly is to transfer construction difficulties through industrial production. However, the actual speed is still influenced by module size, connection methods, and on-site conditions (such as terrain and equipment). Users need to select appropriate product types based on usage scenarios (emergency, temporary, or long-term) and budget.
