Qingdao Mobile Toilet Maintenance
The maintenance of mobile toilets in Qingdao should be carried out from multiple aspects, including daily cleaning, sewage system maintenance, special environmental response, equipment inspection, ventilation and moisture prevention, external cleaning, and comprehensive inspection.

Daily Cleaning: After daily use, it is necessary to promptly clean the excrement in the toilet bowl to prevent blockage. Use a neutral cleaner to wipe the inner and outer walls, door handles, handrails, and other parts to ensure no stains remain. The squat toilet should be thoroughly scrubbed with a long-handled brush and toilet cleaner. It is strictly prohibited to throw items such as sanitary napkins, cigarette butts, and plastic bags into the toilet bowl. The floor should be mopped dry to maintain dryness and prevent slipping accidents.
Sewage System Maintenance: For storage-type mobile toilets, the liquid level in the bottom black tank should be checked daily, and it must not exceed two-thirds. Before overflowing, contact a fecal suction truck to pump it away in a timely manner. Each month, a fecal decomposer (biological enzyme or chemical agent) should be added to the black tank to decompose solid substances and prevent odors and blockages. For direct-discharge mobile toilets, regularly check whether the sewage pipes are unobstructed to prevent blockages caused by leaves and sand.
Special Maintenance in Northern Regions: During winter (November-March), when not in use at night or for long periods, the water in the tank and pipes should be drained to prevent freezing and cracking. If use is required, turn on the electric tracing tape or install insulation cotton. Check whether the bottom fixing bolts or wind-resistant guy wires are loose to prevent overturning in strong winds. Regularly check whether metal parts (such as hinges and locks) are rusty and apply lubricating oil in a timely manner.
Equipment Inspection: Regularly check whether equipment such as lighting, exhaust fans, and flush valves are working properly. Promptly replenish consumables such as hand sanitizer, toilet paper, and foaming liquid (for foam-sealing types) to ensure convenience of use.
Ventilation and Moisture Prevention: Maintain air circulation inside the toilet by installing ventilation equipment or regularly opening windows to avoid the accumulation of odors. Prevent cleaning tools, paper towels, and other items from getting damp and moldy.
External Cleaning and Maintenance: Regularly remove dust, stains, and dirt from the surface of the mobile toilet. Use a mild cleaner and a damp cloth to wipe it, keeping the appearance clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Comprehensive Inspection and Maintenance: Regularly conduct a comprehensive inspection of the mobile toilet, including structural stability, completeness and normal working condition of components, and safety of the electrical system. If any problems are found, contact professional personnel for repair and maintenance in a timely manner.
