Puning Cement Prefabricated Panel House

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

Puning cement prefabricated panel houses have multiple characteristics, with both advantages and disadvantages.

Advantages:

  • Excellent structural performance: Taking the cement mobile houses produced by Puning Jinsheng Building Component Co., Ltd. as an example, they are prefabricated using a unified mold with a reinforced concrete integral structural design. They come in a complete range of specifications and precise dimensions. The houses have good integrity, stable structures, and high safety coefficients for fire prevention, wind resistance, and earthquake resistance, providing a relatively safe and reliable living environment for occupants.
  • Good living experience: Compared with color-steel plate mobile houses, cement prefabricated panel houses offer the advantages of being warm in winter and cool in summer, providing a comfortable living experience. They can be assembled into various types of housing, such as office buildings, dormitory buildings, temporary construction site housing, and civilian housing, meeting the usage needs of different scenarios.
  • Convenient and efficient construction: Cement mobile houses can be lifted multiple times, with fast construction speeds. They do not occupy construction sites, are not restricted by the construction conditions at the installation site, and are not affected by seasons. They can be used as long-term buildings and can also be relocated multiple times, improving the flexibility of house usage.
  • High cost-effectiveness: Compared with traditional brick houses, cement prefabricated panel houses have lower costs. They have a service life of up to 50 years and can be recycled, further reducing usage costs and offering high cost-performance.

Disadvantages:

  • Weak earthquake resistance: Existing prefabricated panel houses generally have the problem of weak earthquake resistance. In the event of natural disasters such as earthquakes, they may not be able to effectively withstand the impact of seismic forces, posing a threat to the safety of the house structure and occupants.
  • Poor sound insulation and heat insulation: The sound insulation effect of prefabricated panels is poor. On the one hand, there is an insufficient amount of prefabricated panels, allowing sound to penetrate easily. On the other hand, due to structural sound transmission, prefabricated panels are generally about 10 centimeters thick with long circular holes in the middle, acting as natural sound conductors. Moreover, the thermal insulation performance of prefabricated panels is also very poor, with high indoor temperatures in summer and low indoor temperatures in winter, affecting living comfort.
  • Prone to rain leakage: Prefabricated panels are composed of panel units, and there are gaps between the units, making them prone to rain leakage. Rainwater infiltration can corrode the steel bars, which may lead to collapse risks over the long term, affecting the service life and safety of the house.
