Introduction to Professional Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

Professional mobile toilets are movable facilities that provide public restroom services, suitable for a variety of fixed or temporary locations.

I. Structure and Materials The framework is mostly welded using national standard steel, such as galvanized steel frames, ensuring a sturdy and durable structure with a service life of over 15 years, or even up to 20 years. The exterior wall materials are flexible and can be selected according to customer needs or environmental characteristics, including color-coated steel sheets, metal carved panels, anti-corrosion wood, stainless steel sheets, and aluminum-plastic panels. For example, orange brick-patterned exterior panels offer aesthetic appeal, while metal carved panels provide thermal insulation, adapting to different climatic conditions.

II. Interior Configuration

  1. Basic Functions: Equipped with an independent toilet pit partitioned treatment system, the urine channel utilizes gravity flow, while the feces channel is cleaned by a piston-type scraper mechanical device, ensuring hygiene and efficiency. The floor features a non-slip design, the toilet bowl is equipped with an automatic flushing function, and a ventilation and lighting system is integrated.
  2. Standard Configuration: Includes a toilet bowl (urinal), coat and hat hooks, a vanity mirror, a waste bin, lighting, an exhaust fan, a door lock, and an occupancy indicator light, meeting basic usage needs.
  3. Optional Configuration: Depending on the scenario, additional features such as heating and cooling air conditioning, air purifiers, freeze protection systems, heating systems, background music, a sink, and water-saving faucets can be added to enhance comfort and functionality.

III. Water-Saving and Environmental Protection Technologies Mobile toilets achieve efficient water usage through new materials and water-saving technologies. For example, intelligent water-saving ecological toilets can automatically collect hand-washing water and urine, and after adding a special agent, achieve a flushing effect with only 0.46 liters of water per person, with the minimum water volume controlled between 0.46 and 1.5 liters. Recirculating flush toilets are equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment devices, decomposing feces through biofilm technology, and the treated water can be recirculated for flushing, significantly reducing water consumption.

IV. Technical Type Classification According to sewage treatment methods, they can be classified as water-flush and waterless suction types, recirculating flush types, dry packing types, etc. Dry packing toilets do not require water flushing; excreta is collected by biodegradable plastic bags, which are automatically replaced and centrally processed after use; foam sealing and microbial technologies achieve odorless treatment through foam coverage or biodegradation. Additionally, there are derivative technologies such as water-flush direct discharge types and waterless packing types, adapting to different environmental needs.

V. Application Scenarios and Forms Mobile toilets are widely used in densely populated areas such as stations, docks, tourist attractions, large construction sites, and squares. Product forms include trailer-mounted, box-type substation cabinet-style, and stainless steel kiosk-style, which can be quickly deployed in public areas such as scenic spots, service areas, and rural areas, meeting temporary or long-term usage needs.
