Production Process of Small Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 16 tháng 10, 2026

There are mainly two production processes for small mobile toilets: one using a water storage barrel and the other using a water storage tank and a pallet. Details are as follows:

Production Using a Water Storage Barrel

  1. Basic Frame Construction: Use an angle grinder to split the water storage barrel in half lengthwise. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for mobility. Attach wooden strips to the upper side of the barrel using self-tapping screws to increase height, preparing for the subsequent installation of walls and a roof.
  2. Door and Wall Construction: Use an angle grinder to create an opening on the side of the water storage barrel. Install sponge strips on both sides of the opening to form a door frame. Insert plastic soft panels between the wooden strips to create elevated walls. Place the upper half of the water storage barrel on top of the wooden strips to serve as the roof.
  3. Appearance Enhancement and Door Making: Apply white waterproof paint to the wooden strips to improve aesthetics. Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door.
  4. Drainage and Water System Installation: Create a hole at the bottom of the barrel and install a drainage pipe to form a floor drain. Create holes on the side and bottom of a plastic bucket and install direct connectors. Place the plastic bucket on the roof as a small water storage device. Connect a water pipe-made bath heater, install a three-way connector below the inlet pipe, and connect a showerhead. Place a toilet and install a water tank, securing the toilet with glass glue and connecting the drainage pipe to a sewage tank. Horizontally connect a water pipe to the three-way connector of the outlet pipe and extend it to the doorway as the inlet pipe for a sink. Create holes on the door and install relevant connectors.

Production Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet

  1. Mobile Base Preparation: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a pallet. Place a water storage tank retrieved from a garbage station on the pallet.
  2. Tank Processing and Assembly: Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to remove the top, forming an open-top tank. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on top of the first tank, securing the outer frame with self-tapping screws.
  3. Doorway and Drainage System Construction: Cut a rectangular opening on the outer frame of the water storage tank and cut the tank body accordingly to form a doorway. Create a hole on the internal floor of the water storage tank, insert a elbow from the bottom upwards, connect a water pipe, and seal it with glue. Cut off the excess water pipe.
  4. Sanitary Ware Installation: Align the toilet with the drainage outlet and secure it with glue. Fix a water pipe on the wall clip and install a faucet. Secure a pipe cap with screws below the faucet. Connect the water pipe and create a hole at the bottom as the outlet for the drainage pipe. Create a hole on the pipe cap, apply glass glue, and fix a sink made of a stainless steel basin. Connect the inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect the shower hose, and install a showerhead bracket and a toilet seat. Install a spray-type showerhead made of a water pipe.
  5. Door Installation: Bring a wooden board, fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, and attach the other side of the hinges to the wooden board to form a door. Install a door handle on the door.
