Prefabricated Wooden House Construction Process

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The prefabricated wooden house construction process mainly includes five stages: design planning, foundation construction, main structure erection, enclosure installation, interior decoration, and acceptance and delivery.

Design Planning Stage: It is necessary to clarify the purpose, area, style, and budget of the house, and draw floor plans, sectional views, and structural drawings based on the terrain and climatic conditions. The design must comply with local building regulations, such as fire prevention and earthquake resistance requirements, to ensure the structural safety and compliance of the house.

Foundation Construction Stage:

  1. Site Preparation: Clear surface debris and level the land according to the design elevation. Soft soil foundations require reinforcement (e.g., piling).
  2. Foundation Type Selection and Construction: In areas with good soil quality, shallow foundations (such as strip foundations or raft foundations) are used, requiring the pouring of concrete pads and foundation beams, and the reservation of embedded parts for wooden structure connections. In areas with poor geological conditions, pile foundations (prefabricated piles or cast-in-place piles) are used to support the superstructure.
  3. Foundation Acceptance: Check the foundation elevation, flatness, and the position of embedded parts to ensure they meet design requirements and provide stable support for the subsequent erection of the main structure.

Main Structure Erection Stage:

  1. Component Prefabrication and Transportation: Beams, columns, trusses, and other components are prefabricated in the factory and then transported to the site to reduce on-site construction errors.
  2. Chassis Frame Erection: Lay floor joists on the concrete foundation and use metal connectors to fix the joints to ensure the stability of the platform.
  3. Wall Module Installation: Erect and fix prefabricated wall modules on the chassis frame to complete the transformation of the house from a flat to a three-dimensional structure.
  4. Roof Erection: Through the cooperation of ground and roof workers, triangular trusses are hoisted to the top beams of the walls to form the roof structure.

Enclosure Installation Stage: Conduct internal fine division, build partition wall skeletons and lay second-floor floor beams to improve the building's skeletal system and provide a basic framework for subsequent decoration.

Interior Decoration and Acceptance and Delivery Stage: After completing the interior decoration (such as wall treatment, floor laying, and water and electricity installation), conduct an overall acceptance check to inspect the structural safety, functional integrity, and decoration quality. Confirm that they meet the standards before delivery for use.

The entire process must strictly follow design specifications and construction standards to ensure the structural safety, functional rationality, and aesthetic appearance of the prefabricated wooden house.
