Prefabricated Wooden House Construction Plan

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The prefabricated wooden house construction plan adopts a collaborative model of modular prefabrication and on-site construction, with the following specific steps:

I. Design Deepening

Based on the house's purpose, site conditions, and customer requirements, structural calculations and node designs are carried out. Emphasis is placed on ensuring that the wooden house's seismic, wind, and moisture resistance performances meet regulatory requirements, such as by optimizing the connection methods of wooden components and increasing structural redundancy to enhance safety. During the design phase, parameters are adjusted based on local climate data (e.g., wind pressure, snow load), and installation interfaces for pipelines, doors, and windows are reserved.

II. Material Processing and Component Prefabrication

  1. Wood Processing:
    • Drying: The moisture content of the wood is controlled between 8% and 12% to prevent deformation and cracking later.
    • Anti-corrosion and Insect Resistance: Vacuum pressure impregnation is used to deeply penetrate preservatives (such as copper azole compounds) into the wood fibers, extending the service life to over 50 years.
    • Surface Protection: Water-based environmentally friendly paint or fire-resistant coatings are applied to enhance weather resistance.
  2. Component Production:
    • In the factory, wood is precisely cut using CNC equipment, and connection nodes such as mortise-and-tenon joints and bolt holes are processed.
    • Prefabricated wall modules: Drilling, slotting, and pre-embedding pipeline slots are completed, with some products even integrating door and window frames.
    • Roof components: Lightweight wooden trusses or prefabricated roof panels are used, with positions reserved for waterproof layer installation.

III. Transportation and On-site Foundation Construction

  1. Transportation:
    • Prefabricated components are classified and packaged, with shock-absorbing materials used to protect delicate parts such as mortise-and-tenon joints.
    • Flatbed trucks are used for transportation to ensure that components do not deform during transit.
  2. Foundation Construction:
    • Depending on the geological conditions, concrete strip foundations, pile foundations, or independent foundations are selected.
    • The foundation surface must be level, with an error tolerance of ±5mm, providing a reference for subsequent wall installation.

IV. Assembly and Installation

  1. On-site Installation:
    • The main components are prefabricated in the factory, requiring only assembly on-site. The installation period for a 100-square-meter wooden house is approximately 7-10 days.
    • Taking a heavy-duty wooden log house as an example, the construction process includes four steps: foundation leveling, wall hoisting, vertical connection tightening, and roof system installation.
  2. Rapid Assembly Technology:
    • Wall modules are fixed with bolts or metal connectors, reducing on-site welding or drilling operations.
    • The roof uses prefabricated roof panels, with waterproof membranes directly laid and fixed, shortening the construction period.

V. Standardization of Supporting Technologies

  1. Connectors:
    • Hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel components are used to ensure long-term rust resistance, with connection strength meeting design requirements.
  2. Air Tightness and Moisture Resistance:
    • Special vapor barriers and waterproof breathable membranes are laid on walls and roofs, forming a bidirectional protective layer to prevent condensation water from eroding the wooden structure.

VI. Modular Product Options

The factory can provide segmented prefabrication services for entire houses, which are transported to the site and assembled as a whole using cranes, further reducing on-site workload. This approach is suitable for scenarios such as emergency housing or tourist attractions.
