Prefabricated Villa House Design Drawings

Quản trị 19 tháng 9, 2026

The design drawings for prefabricated villa houses cover multiple types, including two-story, single-story, and three-story designs. Here are the specific introductions:

Two-Story Villa Drawings:
The 2026 new two-story villas include 10 popular types such as light luxury floor-to-ceiling window models and slope-roof terrace composite models. The width starts from 7.8 meters, covering an area of 68-195㎡, with a construction cost of 180,000 to 320,000 yuan. The drawings indicate structural optimization, door and window positioning, and pipeline avoidance tips. For example, a two-story new Chinese-style villa with a width of 15.42 meters and a depth of 10.7 meters covers an area of 150.88㎡ on the first floor. The entrance leads to a hall directly facing the living room, with the dining room adjacent to the kitchen. On the east side, there are three bedrooms (two facing south, with the master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom). The second floor has four bedrooms (all facing south), with the master bedroom including an en-suite bathroom and a living room. The west side features a large terrace, and the north side has a balcony. Additionally, there are design drawings for villas covering 110㎡, including 9 high-landing-rate plans, such as a two-story simple European-style villa with a width of 12.1 meters and a depth of 9 meters (with a balcony and garage, covering 110㎡), or a two-story simple European-style villa with a width of 9.78 meters and a depth of 12.08 meters (with a balcony and garage, covering 110㎡), etc.

Single-Story Villa Drawings:
These include 38 sets of single-story rural self-built house drawings, focusing on elderly-friendly design. For example, a certain single-story villa adopts a zero-step design throughout the house to avoid the risk of falls for the elderly; the master bedroom is only 2.1 meters away from the bathroom, providing a short nighttime route; and a 1.5-meter-wide corridor meets the turning needs of wheelchairs. The space utilization rate exceeds 95%. In a layout with a width of 16.76 meters and a depth of 9.38 meters, six bedrooms are symmetrically arranged along the central axis, with an integrated dining and kitchen design saving the food delivery route, and the vestibule area also serving as a farm tool storage area. Low-cost technical solutions include optimizing the thickness of the brick-concrete structure walls to 240mm (saving red brick usage), setting the double-slope roof inclination angle to 26° (reducing steel purlin usage by 15%), and replacing cast-in-place concrete lintels with prefabricated ones (reducing formwork loss). The drawings include 23 practical guides covering building pitfalls to avoid, key structural construction nodes, and water and electricity pre-embedding specifications.

Three-Story Villa Drawings:
These provide 18 minimalist three-story modern-style villa drawings, supporting internal layout adjustments or customization according to the foundation. For example, a villa covering 12 meters by 11 meters with a total height of 13 meters includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a hall on the first floor; three bedrooms, a vaulted living room, two bathrooms, a balcony, and a living room on the second floor; and three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace, and a living room on the third floor. Another villa covering 13 meters by 11 meters with a frame structure has a building area of 314.11㎡ and a building height of 10.2 meters (3.6 meters on the first floor and 3.3 meters on the second and third floors), with a construction cost of 250,000 to 350,000 yuan. The indoor living room is sunken and vaulted, adopting a multi-suite design.
