Images of Prefabricated Slab Structure Houses
Currently, we cannot directly provide images of prefabricated slab structure houses, but we can offer a detailed introduction to their structural characteristics and construction methods.

Prefabricated slab houses are constructed using prefabricated slabs as the main components. These slabs are cement components prefabricated in factories, and their production process is quite meticulous. To make them, wooden boards are first nailed together to create the required mold, which determines the shape and size of the prefabricated slabs. Next, steel bars are placed inside the mold to enhance the strength and load-bearing capacity of the slabs, enabling them to withstand the weight of the house and various external loads. After that, cement is poured into the mold. Once the cement dries, the wooden boards are knocked away, and the prefabricated slabs are obtained.
There are two types of prefabricated slabs: solid and hollow. Solid prefabricated slabs: The entire interior of the slab is a solid cement structure. These slabs have high strength and stability, capable of bearing large loads. They are suitable for parts of the house that require high structural strength, such as below load-bearing walls. However, due to their solid interior, they are relatively heavy, requiring more manpower and resources for transportation and installation.
Hollow prefabricated slabs: To make them, a hollow mold is first created using wooden boards. After placing steel bars in the hollow part of the mold, cement is poured to fill the hollow section. The design of hollow prefabricated slabs cleverly utilizes space, reducing their own weight while ensuring a certain level of strength. This makes them more convenient and faster to transport and install. It also reduces the overall weight of the house, lowering the requirements for the foundation. Hollow prefabricated slabs are commonly used for house floors and partition walls.
When constructing prefabricated slab houses, the slabs are reasonably spliced and installed to form various parts of the house, such as walls and floors. This construction method offers the advantages of fast construction speed and high efficiency, significantly shortening the construction period of the house. Therefore, it is widely used in projects with tight deadlines.
