Prefabricated Panel House Roof Panel

Quản trị 19 tháng 9, 2026

Prefabricated panel house roof panels come in various types, mainly including prefabricated slabs, prefabricated concrete prestressed large roof panels, SIP panels for SIP composite houses, and prefabricated floor slabs. Here is a detailed introduction:

Prefabricated slabs were commonly used as floor slabs in early 20th-century construction. They are concrete prefabricated components produced and processed at prefabrication yards. During production, a hollow mold is first made using wooden planks. After placing steel bars in the hollow part of the mold, cement is poured to fill the hollow section. Once dry, the wooden planks are knocked off to obtain the prefabricated slab. These slabs were widely used in construction, such as the cement slabs covering ditches beside highways and the cement slabs used as insulation layers on rooftops. However, this method has been phased out in modern housing construction, replaced by frame structures and reinforced concrete structures.

For prefabricated concrete prestressed large roof panels, currently, only relevant construction techniques are known, but their characteristics have not been described in detail.

SIP panels for SIP composite houses are a type of panel-type wooden structure house that uses SIP panels prefabricated and installed on-site. SIP panels typically use OSB as the facing material and polyurethane (PU) as the core material. Other materials such as glass magnesium panels and cement fiber boards can also be used as facing materials, while EPS and rock wool can serve as insulation materials. These panels offer numerous advantages, including simple construction, short construction periods, and the ability to be disassembled. In terms of performance, they provide good sound and thermal insulation, strong earthquake resistance, and low energy consumption. They are mainly used in single-family villas, multi-story apartments, low-rise commercial buildings, and public buildings.

Prefabricated floor slabs have standard lengths ranging from 3 meters to 4.2 meters, with increments of 30 centimeters. The longest length commonly used in ordinary residences is 4.2 meters, and longer lengths require customization. There are two width specifications: 500mm and 600mm. In terms of thickness, 120mm is the standard, and at least 150mm should be selected if water pipes or electrical wires need to be embedded. They are classified by load-bearing capacity, with first-grade panels suitable for bedrooms and second-grade panels for living rooms. Additionally, customizing panels longer than 4.2 meters incurs extra costs, the thickness cannot be arbitrarily changed, and professional glue must be used at the joints.
