Reinforcement of Prefabricated Panel House Structure

Quản trị 19 tháng 9, 2026

The reinforcement of the structure of a prefabricated panel house should be carried out by selecting appropriate methods based on specific circumstances. Common reinforcement methods are as follows:

1. Reinforcement when the load increase is small
When the load increase of the prefabricated panel house is small, carbon fiber can be directly pasted on the bottom of the hollow panel. Carbon fiber has the characteristics of high strength and light weight. By pasting it on the panel bottom with a special adhesive, it can effectively enhance the panel's bending resistance. Moreover, the construction is relatively simple and has a small impact on the original structure.

2. Adding steel beams to change the force distribution
Steel beams can be added at the bottom of the prefabricated panels. The newly added steel beams can change the force mode of the hollow panels. The steel beams can share part of the load, making the force on the hollow panels more uniform and reasonable, thereby improving the overall structural bearing capacity. The specifications and layout of the steel beams need to be designed and calculated according to the actual load and structural conditions.

3. Comprehensive structural safety assessment and treatment
It is crucial to conduct a comprehensive structural safety assessment of old houses. Focus on checking the crack width at the prefabricated panel production sites. If the crack width exceeds 0.3 millimeters, special treatment such as crack injection and repair is required. At the same time, inspect the connection status between the prefabricated panels and the ring beams. If the bolt corrosion rate exceeds 30%, replacement is necessary to ensure the reliability of the connection parts and prevent structural damage due to connection failure.

4. Erecting a temporary support system
During the reinforcement construction process, a temporary support system needs to be erected. Set up steel pipe supports every 1.2 meters along the length of the prefabricated panels. Use H-shaped steel beams to replace the steel beams at key nodes, and the cross-section of the steel beams should be greater than or equal to 200*200 millimeters. The temporary support system can ensure the stability of the prefabricated panels during construction and prevent deformation or damage to the panels due to construction loads.

5. Panel joint treatment
Remove the original filling material at the panel joint positions detected by the structural inspection, implant No. 6 deformed steel bars, and then pour C30 fine aggregate concrete. This treatment method can enhance the connection strength of the panel joints, improve the integrity between the prefabricated panels, and make the entire floor structure more stable.

6. Adding structural columns
Add structural columns at the four corners of the house. The cross-section of the structural columns is generally 240*240 millimeters, and they are reinforced with No. 6 and No. 8 steel bars and connected to the floor slabs. Structural columns can enhance the overall stiffness and stability of the house and improve its seismic performance. Especially for multi-story prefabricated panel houses, adding structural columns is an effective reinforcement measure.

7. Reinforcement for insufficient local bearing capacity
If only the local bearing capacity is insufficient, mature processes such as section steel reinforcement, carbon fiber pasting, and plywood reinforcement can be selected. For example, setting section steel at the four corners under the prefabricated panels and transforming them into octagonal supports can effectively improve the floor bearing capacity and meet the requirements of local use functions.
