Reinforcement Materials for Prefabricated Panel Houses

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

Reinforcement materials for prefabricated panel houses mainly include reinforced concrete, carbon fiber cloth, structural adhesive, steel plates, steel mesh, reinforcement agents or foundation sealing materials, planting bar materials, bricks or concrete, steel, etc..

Reinforced Concrete: Often used in the section enlargement reinforcement method. A reinforced concrete post-pouring layer with a thickness of not less than 40mm can be added on the surface or bottom of the prefabricated panel to enhance its load-bearing capacity. Reinforced concrete can also be added to the existing structure of prefabricated panel buildings to improve their seismic performance by increasing the effective cross-sectional area of the structure, thereby enhancing its overall stiffness and strength.

Carbon Fiber Cloth: Carbon fiber cloth is adhered to the tensioned part at the bottom of the panel along the panel span direction using structural adhesive. Carbon fiber cloth has the characteristics of high strength and light weight, which can significantly improve the load-bearing capacity and stiffness of the structure without substantially increasing the weight of the original component or affecting the structural appearance. It is suitable for reinforcement scenarios where there are strict requirements on the structural self-weight and an need to enhance load-bearing capacity.

Structural Adhesive: Mainly used in the carbon fiber cloth reinforcement method, its function is to firmly adhere the carbon fiber cloth to the tensioned part at the bottom of the panel, ensuring that the carbon fiber cloth works in coordination with the original structure to jointly bear the load and guarantee the reinforcement effect.

Steel Plates: Used in the steel plate bonding reinforcement method, steel plates are bonded to the walls or floors of buildings to increase their load-bearing capacity and stability. When cracks or deformations occur in the walls or floors, steel plates can provide additional tensile and compressive forces, limiting the further development of cracks and enhancing the overall integrity of the structure.

Steel Mesh: Laying steel mesh on the walls or floors of buildings can increase their overall strength and stability and improve seismic performance. Steel mesh can effectively disperse the load, preventing deformation or cracks in the building and enhancing its resistance to damage.

Reinforcement Agents or Foundation Sealing Materials: Used for foundation reinforcement to improve the seismic capacity of the foundation. By improving the physical properties of the foundation, the load-bearing capacity and stability of the foundation are enhanced, reducing the impact of external forces such as earthquakes on the foundation.

Planting Bar Materials: Used in the planting bar reinforcement method, holes are drilled and adhesive is injected inside prefabricated panel buildings. Planting bar materials are used to enhance the load-bearing capacity and seismic capacity. Planting bar materials enable the newly implanted steel bars to be tightly integrated with the original structure, forming a whole to jointly bear the load.

Bricks or Concrete: Brick or concrete structures can be added below the prefabricated panels to enhance their load-bearing capacity. By increasing the supporting structure, the load on the prefabricated panels is shared, improving their safety.

Steel: Install steel support structures at the bottom of the prefabricated panels to improve their stability. Steel has high strength and stiffness, which can effectively resist external forces and prevent deformation or damage to the prefabricated panels.
