Reinforcement of Prefabricated Panel Houses

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The reinforcement methods for prefabricated panel houses mainly include foundation reinforcement, structural reinforcement, seismic isolation reinforcement, steel bar reinforcement, increasing floor slab cross-section, carbon fiber sheet reinforcement, steel plate reinforcement, grouting reinforcement, steel mesh reinforcement, and adding support reinforcement, etc..

  1. Foundation Reinforcement: Enhance the bearing capacity of the foundation by increasing its size, deepening its depth, or adding steel mesh. Additionally, reinforcing agents or foundation sealing materials can be added to improve the seismic performance of the foundation and ensure the stability of the house during natural disasters such as earthquakes.

  2. Structural Reinforcement: Install steel beams, columns, and plates at key locations such as walls, stairs, and roofs to increase the overall strength and stiffness of the house. Furthermore, reinforced concrete can be injected into the walls or metal frames can be added to the exterior walls of the house to further enhance its seismic resistance and stability. In frame structures, adding reinforcing agents or sealing materials is also an effective means of improving seismic resistance.

  3. Seismic Isolation Reinforcement: Install seismic isolation devices, such as spring isolators and rubber isolators, in the foundation or structure of the house. These devices can effectively reduce the impact of earthquakes on the building, lower the horizontal and vertical seismic forces generated by earthquakes, thereby reducing the vibration of the house and protecting its structural safety.

  4. Steel Bar Reinforcement: Reinforce key parts of the house, such as walls, stairs, and beams and columns, by adding steel bars. This method can significantly improve the overall strength and stability of the house and enhance its seismic resistance.

  5. Increasing Floor Slab Cross-Section: Add a reinforced concrete adhesive layer with a thickness of no less than 40 mm to the surface and bottom of the prefabricated floor slab to increase its bearing capacity. This method is suitable for situations where the bearing capacity of the floor slab is insufficient.

  6. Carbon Fiber Sheet Reinforcement: Adhere carbon fiber sheets to the tensioned parts of the prefabricated floor slab in accordance with its direction and set anchor points at the top. This method can effectively increase the bearing capacity of the floor slab and is easy to construct with minimal impact on the house structure.

  7. Steel Plate Reinforcement: Adhere steel plates to walls or floor slabs to increase their bearing capacity and stability. This method is particularly suitable for situations where cracks or deformations occur in walls or floor slabs, effectively repairing and reinforcing damaged parts.

  8. Grouting Reinforcement, Steel Mesh Reinforcement, Adding Support Reinforcement: These methods respectively improve the overall strength and stability of building walls or foundations and enhance seismic performance by grouting, laying steel mesh, or adding supports, preventing buildings from deforming or cracking.
