Prefabricated Panel House Construction Process Video

Quản trị 19 tháng 9, 2026

Currently, there is no complete video introduction directly targeting the construction process of prefabricated panel houses. However, based on the relevant steps of prefabricated panel manufacturing and the assembly of prefabricated residential buildings, a general construction process can be outlined as follows:

Prefabricated Panel Manufacturing Stage

  1. Preparation: Set up steel plate barriers inside the molds for manufacturing prefabricated panels to ensure that the shape and dimensions of the molds meet the design requirements. At the same time, spray mold release agents on the inner walls of the molds to facilitate the smooth demolding of the prefabricated panels after they are formed.
  2. Erecting Load-Bearing Bars: According to the design requirements, accurately erect load-bearing bars inside the molds. These steel bars will provide the necessary load-bearing capacity for the prefabricated panels and ensure their structural stability during use.
  3. Adopting the Pre-tensioning Method: The pre-tensioning method is a commonly used process in the manufacturing of prefabricated panels. In this process, the steel bars are first tensioned to a predetermined stress level, and then concrete is poured. After the concrete reaches a certain strength, the steel bars are relaxed, and the shrinkage force of the steel bars is used to generate pre-compression stress in the concrete, thereby improving the crack resistance and stiffness of the prefabricated panels.
  4. Pouring Concrete: Pour concrete that meets the strength requirements evenly into the molds, ensuring that the concrete fully fills the molds and is vibrated and compacted to expel air bubbles in the concrete and ensure the quality of the prefabricated panels.
  5. Steam Curing: After the concrete is poured, place it in a steam curing environment. By controlling the temperature and humidity, accelerate the hardening process of the concrete, improve the early strength of the prefabricated panels, and shorten the production cycle.
  6. Cutting and Demolding: After steam curing, when the prefabricated panels reach the designed strength requirements, use cutting equipment to cut them out of the molds and perform demolding treatment.

House Assembly Stage

  1. Building the Chassis Frame: On the selected open space, build the chassis frame of the house according to the design drawings to provide basic support for the subsequent installation of wall panels, floor slabs, and other components.
  2. Laying Floor Joists and Panels: Lay floor joists on the chassis frame and then cover them with wooden panels to form the first-floor ground of the house.
  3. Erecting Prefabricated Wall Modules: Erect and fix the manufactured prefabricated wall modules one by one on the chassis frame to complete the assembly of the house walls.
  4. Internal Fine Division: According to the functional requirements of the house, finely divide the internal space and install components such as doors and windows.
  5. Laying Second-Floor Floor Beams: After the first-floor walls are assembled, lay the second-floor floor beams to provide support for the installation of the second-floor floor.
  6. Roof Construction: Finally, construct the roof, which can adopt prefabricated roof panels or other suitable roof structural forms to complete the construction of the entire prefabricated panel house.
