Construction Process Diagram of Prefabricated Panel Houses
Currently, there is no directly available construction process diagram for prefabricated panel houses, but the general construction process of prefabricated panel houses can be introduced.

Prefabricated panels are concrete prefabricated components that are produced and shaped in advance at a prefabrication yard and directly transported to the site for installation during construction. The construction process can be roughly divided into the following stages:
Preliminary Preparation Stage: First, level the site, removing debris and obstacles to meet construction requirements. Then, conduct surveying and staking out to determine the position, axis, elevation, etc., of the building according to the design drawings, providing accurate positioning references for subsequent construction. Meanwhile, prepare the mechanical equipment required for construction, such as cranes and transport vehicles, as well as various construction materials, such as prefabricated panels, steel bars, and cement.
Foundation Construction Stage: Carry out foundation excavation according to design requirements, performing earthwork excavation operations based on geological conditions and design depth. After excavation is completed, conduct foundation cushion construction, generally using concrete pouring to provide a flat and solid base surface for the superstructure. Then, proceed with foundation steel bar binding and formwork installation. The specifications, quantity, and spacing of steel bars should meet design requirements, and the formwork should be installed firmly with accurate dimensions. Finally, conduct foundation concrete pouring, paying attention to vibrating and compacting during the pouring process to ensure foundation quality.
Prefabricated Panel Installation Stage: After the foundation construction is completed and reaches a certain strength, start installing the prefabricated panels. Use a crane to lift the prefabricated panels to above the installation position and slowly lower them. Construction personnel adjust the position and orientation of the prefabricated panels to ensure accurate placement. During installation, pay attention to the splicing and connection between prefabricated panels to ensure a firm and well-sealed connection, preventing cracks and leakage. For prefabricated panels with special requirements, such as those with reserved holes, ensure the accurate position and dimensions of the holes.
Subsequent Construction Stage: After the installation of prefabricated panels is completed, proceed with the construction of walls, selecting appropriate wall materials according to design requirements. Then, carry out roof construction, including roof waterproofing, insulation, and other works. Next, conduct interior and exterior decoration works, such as wall plastering, floor laying, and door and window installation. Finally, carry out water and electricity installation works, including the installation and commissioning of water supply and drainage pipes and electrical circuits.
