Construction Process of Prefabricated Panel Houses
Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026
The construction process of prefabricated panel houses is divided into two modes: modular prefabricated panel house construction and rural traditional prefabricated panel house construction. The specific processes are as follows:

Modular Prefabricated Panel House Construction Process
Factory Prefabrication Stage
- Module Splitting and Standardized Production: The house is divided into independent standard modules (such as bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms, corridors, etc.), and each module is individually made into a standardized box. Module design must meet architectural mechanics and functional requirements to ensure structural stability.
- Full-process Integrated Completion: In the factory, steel structure main body welding, wall laying, pre-embedding of water and electricity pipelines, door and window installation, full-house fine decoration (including floors, walls, ceilings), waterproof and fireproof testing, and safety quality inspection are completed. When the modules leave the factory, they are complete rooms with decoration, water and electricity, and supporting facilities, and can be directly put into use.
Transportation Stage
- Customized Production and Protective Packaging: According to customer needs, the house type, style, and functions are customized. After mass production in the factory, the modules are uniformly coded and classified for acceptance. The modules need to be treated for waterproofing, corrosion resistance, and shock resistance to adapt to the ocean shipping environment (such as salt spray corrosion and bumping and vibration).
- Multimodal Transport Logistics System: The finished modules are transferred to domestic ports by special flatbed trucks, with dimensions suitable for international standard shipping containers. The modules are shipped to destinations around the world on ocean-going freighters. It takes about 1 week to reach Southeast Asia, about 20 days to reach the Middle East, and about 1 month to reach Europe and the United States. The entire logistics process is traceable.
On-site Assembly Stage
- Module Hoisting and Precise Docking: After the modules arrive at overseas ports, they are transported to the construction site. A crane is used to hoist the modules to the designated positions, and the docking technology is used to complete the alignment and locking, ensuring a firm structural connection.
- Water and Electricity Connection and System Debugging: After assembly, the water and electricity pipelines are connected, and system debugging (such as circuit testing and water supply and drainage pressure testing) is carried out to ensure the normal operation of the house functions and finally form a complete building.
Rural Traditional Prefabricated Panel House Construction Process
Approval and Design Stage
- Compliance Approval: It is necessary to first obtain approval from the local planning department to clarify parameters such as building area and floor height to avoid subsequent non-compliance risks.
- Structural Design: Complete the house design according to the approval requirements, including details such as spatial layout, steel bar ratio, and column size, to ensure that the design meets safety standards such as earthquake resistance and load-bearing capacity.
Soil Investigation and Foundation Construction
- Geological Condition Assessment: Determine the soil type (such as soft soil, clay, mixed soil, or shallow groundwater level) through soil exploration and select an appropriate foundation type (such as strip foundation, raft foundation, or pile foundation).
- Foundation Construction and Backfilling: After the foundation pouring is completed, it needs to be compacted and backfilled to avoid foundation settlement. The sequence of concealed works is to backfill and compact first and then pre-embed the sewage pipes to prevent the pipes from breaking due to backfill vibration and causing foundation damage.
Overall Construction and Quality Control
- Construction According to Drawings: Complete the construction of the main structure according to the construction drawings, focusing on controlling key processes such as steel bar binding and concrete pouring to ensure structural strength.
- Safety Acceptance: After construction is completed, waterproof and fireproof tests and safety quality inspections need to be carried out. The house can be put into use only after meeting the standards.
