Prefabricated Movable Housing
Prefabricated movable housing mainly includes types such as prefabricated container houses, movable panel houses, mobile space capsule starry sky houses, and 'prefabricated houses' using the Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) method, each with its own characteristics.

Prefabricated Container Houses: Priced at less than $10,000, they offer the advantage of affordability. Additionally, their construction speed is rapid, allowing for installation and commissioning within a short period, making them suitable for scenarios with high demands on cost and construction speed.
Movable Panel Houses: Utilizing light steel as the framework and sandwich panels as the enclosure material, they are eco-friendly and economical temporary buildings. Adopting standard modular design and bolt connections, they feature detachability and convenient transportation. Components are prefabricated in factories and then assembled on-site in a standardized manner, with customizable areas ranging from 15 to 160 square meters, adaptable to various terrains. The main types include cement movable houses with steel structure supports, lightweight and low-cost phosphorus-magnesium movable houses, and color steel plate movable houses with outstanding thermal insulation performance, among which the color steel plate movable houses have a service life of 10 to 20 years. Movable panel houses are extruded with foamed polypropylene insulation layers and iron sheet outer layers, with staggered connections during assembly to enhance sealing. Prices are influenced by materials and regions, with commonly used 5cm 950-type EPS sandwich panels costing about 35 yuan per meter, single-slope flat-top color steel houses costing about 230 yuan per square meter, and galvanized components being reusable for up to 20 years.
Mobile Space Capsule Starry Sky Houses: Entirely prefabricated and produced in factories, they are transported and installed as a whole. Measuring 11.5 meters in length and 3.3 meters in width, they feature a layout of two bedrooms, one bathroom, and one balcony. Fully prefabricated and produced in factories, they only require a crane for easy installation. The interior is fully decorated with eco-friendly materials. They boast a three-sided panoramic floor-to-ceiling window design, providing bright and transparent lighting. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, equipped with high-quality facilities, and ready for immediate occupancy. They possess extremely high durability and can withstand various harsh weather conditions.
'Prefabricated Houses' Using the Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) Method: Building modules are constructed in factories and then assembled at the destination like building with LEGO blocks. Chinese 'prefabricated houses' have become popular in over 160 countries and regions worldwide, offering advantages in terms of cost and construction speed. For example, modular housing imported from China to Australia costs about 30% less than locally constructed housing; the Philippines built a 12-story fully decorated apartment building in just 9 days.
