Prefabricated Integrated Movable Cement House
Quản trị 19 tháng 9, 2026
The prefabricated integrated movable cement house is a new type of building form that uses factory-prefabricated components for rapid on-site assembly. It features flexible pricing, efficient construction, and superior performance, but has the limitation of high customization costs for shapes.

Price Range
The price of prefabricated integrated movable cement houses varies significantly depending on the type, specifications, and pricing method.
- Pricing per unit: Prefabricated cement movable panel houses (reusable, reinforced concrete integrated house splicing type) cost approximately ¥5700.0; small reinforced concrete movable houses such as garage houses and guardhouses cost approximately ¥1139.5.
- Pricing per square meter: Cement houses and prefabricated integrated houses (including dormitories and villas) cost approximately ¥220.0 per square meter. The main cost of a 100-square-meter house is approximately 100,000-120,000 yuan, which is about 30% cheaper than traditional brick-and-mortar structures.
Structure and Materials
- Main Structure:
- Traditional types use reinforced cement prefabricated wall panels and floor slabs, which are produced in the factory and then directly hoisted to the construction site for splicing, resulting in high construction efficiency.
- New types use cold-formed thin-walled steel or light steel keel structures, with stress points designed through computer simulation. The skeleton weight is only 1/4 of that of traditional brick-and-mortar structures, with significantly improved wind and earthquake resistance, and component precision up to the millimeter level.
- Wall Materials:
- Most use a "composite sandwich layer" structure, with an outer layer of anti-corrosion color-coated steel plate and a middle layer filled with high-density rock wool or polyurethane, providing functions such as load-bearing, thermal insulation, heat insulation, waterproofing, and fire resistance.
Performance Characteristics
- Fast Construction Speed: The main body of a 200-square-meter villa can be assembled in 4 hours, saving 90% of the time compared to traditional construction.
- High Safety: Using a C35 concrete thickened steel bar frame, it has been tested to withstand a Category 12 typhoon; during the Jishishan earthquake in Gansu, 2000 resettlement houses were built within 72 hours, and simulation tests showed that the house shifted only 3 centimeters.
- Good Energy Efficiency: The pre-embedded thermal insulation layer reduces winter heating costs by 50%, and the formaldehyde content is only 1/3 of the national standard.
- Low Cost: The main cost of a 100-square-meter house is approximately 100,000-120,000 yuan, saving about 30% compared to brick-and-mortar structures.
Limitations
- High Customization Cost for Shapes: If non-standard designs such as rounded balconies are required, an additional 20% customization fee is needed, limiting flexibility.
