Prefabricated Housing Concrete

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

Prefabricated housing concrete refers to concrete components that are pre-manufactured and assembled on-site to construct prefabricated concrete assembled houses, offering significant advantages in industrialization, standardization, and efficiency.

Definition and Classification of Prefabricated Concrete

Prefabricated concrete is classified into two categories: on-site prefabrication and factory prefabrication, achieving component standardization through industrial production. Its core applications include prefabricated floor slabs, beams, walls, columns, and other components, covering types such as composite floor slabs, prestressed composite beams, and sandwich insulated exterior walls. Factory-prefabricated components employ assembly methods like steel bar sleeve grouting and prestressed connections to ensure structural safety and construction efficiency.

Construction Process and Technical Characteristics

  1. Factory Production Stage
Workers assemble metal molds using bolt connectors, apply mold release agents, and then cross-bind steel bars into a mesh framework, incorporating built-in connectors. After concrete filling, vibrators are used to eliminate air bubbles. The surface is smoothed, covered with plastic sheeting, and heated to promote cement hydration reactions. This process strictly controls parameters such as temperature and humidity to ensure component quality.

  2. On-site Assembly Stage
Before construction, foundations must be laid by digging pits approximately 1 meter deep, laying moisture-proof PE film at the bottom, and pouring "discarded concrete" as a base. After solidification, guide steel plates are installed. Large prefabricated base plates are positioned using guide steel plates, and subsequent components are joined through wet connections (such as sleeve grouting and grout anchors) or dry connections (such as embedded connectors and prestressing). Prestressing technology enhances seismic performance, particularly suitable for building forms like frame structures and shear wall structures.

Advantages and Standardization Development

Prefabricated concrete technology drives the green transformation of the construction industry by shortening construction periods, reducing costs, and minimizing construction waste. Since China established its first building component factory in 1955, recent years have seen digital upgrades in processes through intelligent production lines and the formulation of multiple national standards, such as the "Technical Standard for Prestressed Assembled Concrete Frame Structures" and the "Technical Requirements for Complete Sets of Equipment for the Production of Concrete Panels for Assembled Buildings." The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has also drafted the "Appearance Quality Requirements and Dimensional Deviation Limits for Prefabricated Concrete Components for Assembled Buildings (Draft for Comments)" to further standardize industry quality.

Application Scenarios and Future Trends

Prefabricated concrete technology is widely applied in residential and public building sectors. Its modular design meets personalized needs while reducing reliance on manual skills through standardized production. With the advancement of the "dual carbon" goals, this technology will further develop towards low-carbon and intelligent directions, becoming a crucial aspect of modern construction industrialization.
