Prefabricated Housing Component Assembly Line

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The prefabricated housing component assembly line is a specialized production line for the industrial production of concrete prefabricated components (PC components) used in construction. Its products cover composite floor slabs, beams, columns, etc., and are widely applied in the field of prefabricated buildings.

I. Core Functions and Production Process

The prefabricated housing component assembly line typically consists of three core functional areas: steel bar processing, concrete mixing, and assembly line production. The steel bar processing area is responsible for pre-processing such as cutting, bending, and welding of steel bars; the concrete mixing area ensures stable concrete quality by precisely proportioning raw materials such as cement, sand, and gravel through automated equipment; the assembly line production area combines steel bars and concrete into standardized components through processes such as mold forming, vibration compaction, and steam curing. Some intelligent factories also integrate the prefabrication of wall panels, floors, water and electricity pipelines, and decoration modules, achieving "full-process workshop production" from structure to interior decoration. On-site, modules only need to be precisely spliced using lifting equipment, for example, it takes an average of two days to complete the assembly of one floor from lifting to positioning.

II. Technical Characteristics and Management Model

This production line adopts digital and information technology for full-process management, monitoring production parameters (such as concrete temperature and curing time) in real-time through sensors and IoT devices, and optimizing component design with BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology to ensure product accuracy reaches the millimeter level. In addition, the production line supports large-scale, factory-based production, which can significantly shorten construction periods, reduce on-site construction pollution, and lower labor costs by approximately 30%-50%.

III. Domestic Development Status

Domestic enterprises have made early布局 (layout) in this field: China Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. took the lead in research and development, undergoing three generations of technological iterations, and currently its production line has achieved a high level of automation; Northern Heavy Industries Group Co., Ltd. has independently developed since 2013 and successfully achieved the localization of automated production lines with an annual output of 1 million square meters or more, breaking foreign technological monopolies. Driven by policies, various regions have accelerated production, for example, Sanya City's first production line officially commenced production on April 26, 2023, marking a further increase in regional prefabricated building production capacity.

IV. Application Advantages

The promotion of the prefabricated housing component assembly line has driven the transformation of the construction industry towards industrialization and green development. Its standardized production model not only improves building quality and safety but also reduces noise and dust pollution by minimizing on-site wet operations, aligning with the requirements of the "dual carbon" goals. As technology matures, this production line is expected to achieve wider applications in fields such as affordable housing and commercial complexes in the future.
