What Are the Types of Prefabricated House Panels
Prefabricated house panels mainly include movable panel house panels, modular prefabricated house panels, ALC panels, prefabricated reinforced concrete floor slabs, and prefabricated partition panels, among others.

Movable panel house panels are produced by Weifang Fanglin Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. and are manufactured using a rolling process. These panels are fire-resistant, economical, and have good sealing properties. They are available in thicknesses of 50mm or 75mm and can support a load of up to 800kg. They are primarily suitable for temporary construction sites, warehousing, and other scenarios, meeting the needs of temporary buildings.
Modular prefabricated house panels, exemplified by the K-type modular prefabricated house panels produced by Weifang Hongzong Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd., utilize a low-alloy high-strength structural steel frame and eco-friendly materials, making installation convenient. Their thickness can be customized according to actual needs, catering to both foreign trade and domestic provincial requirements. These panels have good wind resistance and come with technical guidance for installation and maintenance, facilitating user operations.
ALC panels are produced by Tianjin Jinnan Hezhong Building Materials Sales and Operation Department and are characterized by their lightweight yet high strength, earthquake resistance, corrosion resistance, and Class A fire resistance. They have low thermal conductivity and excellent sound insulation, making them suitable for rural house wall panels, courtyard wall panels, and other scenarios. The thickness of ALC panels can also be customized, increasing the actual usable area by 10% and improving the spatial utilization of buildings.
Prefabricated reinforced concrete floor slabs come in various types, including hollow slabs, channel slabs, solid slabs, and sandwich slabs. Hollow slabs are lightweight and material-saving, suitable for rooms with large spans; channel slabs have high load-bearing capacity, suitable for industrial plants with heavy loads; solid slabs are thin and lightweight, suitable for corridors or houses with small spans; sandwich slabs have good thermal insulation properties, suitable for buildings with special environmental requirements.
Prefabricated partition panels are pre-fabricated in factories and can be directly assembled on construction sites. They weigh only 1/6 to 1/8 of traditional brick walls but have higher strength, with a compressive strength 2 to 3 times that of ordinary concrete. They offer functions such as sound insulation, thermal insulation, fire resistance, and moisture resistance. A common type on the market is GRC panels, which are reinforced with glass fibers, making them sturdier, easy to construct, and having good waterproof and sound insulation effects.
