On-site Installation Images of Prefabricated Houses
Currently, we cannot directly provide on-site installation images of prefabricated houses, but we can offer textual information about the installation scenarios for reference.

Foundation Construction Phase
In the on-site installation of prefabricated houses, foundation construction is the initial step. Workers begin by working on the pre-poured concrete foundation. For example, they unload heavy timber from trucks and construct the chassis frame of the house, which provides a stable supporting structure for the entire building. Subsequently, floor joists are laid to prepare for the installation of the floor. Simultaneously, prefabricated beam components with white coatings are installed, and these components are locked at the joints using metal connectors to ensure structural stability. Afterward, large wooden panels are transported and placed over the platform to form the basic foundation of the house.
Wall Installation Phase
Once the foundation platform is completed, the wall installation phase begins. Prefabricated wall modules are brought onto the platform and erected, and workers use nail guns to secure them to the base plate. During installation, it is essential to ensure the verticality and levelness of the walls to guarantee the overall stability of the house. After the exterior wall frames are mostly enclosed, interior partition wall frames are cut and assembled to further divide the internal space of the house.
Floor and Roof Construction Phase
For multi-story prefabricated houses, after completing the relevant work on the first floor, floor beams for the second floor are laid to lay the foundation for the second-floor construction. Finally, roof construction is carried out, where large triangular trusses are transported into position, and ground and roof workers cooperate to lift and place them on the top beams of the walls. The installation of trusses requires precise positioning and fixation to ensure the structural safety of the roof.
Installation of Other Components
In addition to the main structures mentioned above, there are also installations of other components. For example, the base plate is placed, and walls are transported to the site and placed on steel frames, then lifted onto the base plate using cranes and secured with supports. Prefabricated roof panels are transported to the site for hoisting, and during lifting, it is important to ensure that the lifting ropes are evenly distributed across the prefabricated panels to avoid tilting or damage. Additionally, 'parapet walls' are transported to the site for installation, which serve to protect personnel safety and prevent rainwater from flowing backward.
