Prefabricated House Methods

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

Prefabricated house methods mainly include key steps such as prefabricated slab production, prefabricated house construction, and prefabricated slab reinforcement.

Prefabricated Slab Production: This is the foundational step in house prefabrication. First, a hollow mold is created using wooden planks, determining the shape and size of the prefabricated slab. Within the hollow part of the mold, steel bars are carefully arranged. These steel bars serve as the skeleton of the prefabricated slab, significantly enhancing its structural strength and load-bearing capacity. Subsequently, the hollow part is filled with cement, which tightly bonds with the steel bars during the setting process, forming a solid structure. After the cement has completely dried, the outer wooden planks are knocked off, leaving behind the prefabricated slab. This production method is straightforward and ensures the quality and performance of the prefabricated slab.

Prefabricated House Construction: The core of prefabricated house construction lies in factory production and on-site assembly. In a standardized factory production environment, various components of the house, such as walls, roofs, beams, and columns, are prefabricated according to precise designs and strict specifications. After these components are manufactured in the factory, they are transported to the construction site. On-site, workers simply assemble these prefabricated components quickly and conveniently, much like building with blocks, significantly shortening the construction period and improving construction efficiency. Additionally, factory production ensures the quality and precision of the components, enhancing the overall performance of the house.

Prefabricated Slab Reinforcement: For prefabricated slabs that have already been produced, various reinforcement methods can be employed if needed. Section enlargement reinforcement method increases the load-bearing capacity of the prefabricated slab by increasing its cross-sectional area; carbon fiber sheet bonding reinforcement method utilizes the high-strength properties of carbon fiber sheets, bonding them to the surface of the prefabricated slab to enhance its flexural and shear resistance; structural load path modification reinforcement method adjusts the load-bearing mode of the prefabricated slab to make it more reasonable, thereby improving its overall stability. These reinforcement methods can be flexibly selected based on actual conditions to ensure the safety and reliability of the prefabricated slab.
