Prefabricated House Interior Decoration

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The interior decoration of prefabricated houses requires targeted construction based on structural characteristics, with a focus on load control, structural safety, and anti-leakage treatment. The specific process is as follows:

I. Construction Preparation Phase

  1. Drawing Review and Technical Briefing: Organize the design, construction, and supervision teams to conduct a specialized deepening of the drawings, focusing on clarifying the load limits, pipeline routing, and node handling methods of the prefabricated panel structure. Conduct technical briefings to the construction teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Load Verification and Material Restrictions: Commission a third-party structural engineer to verify the original prefabricated panel floor load, and determine the live load limit in accordance with the 'Building Structural Load Code'. The use of heavy materials such as marble and granite is strictly prohibited. Priority should be given to lightweight and eco-friendly building materials (such as light steel keels, gypsum boards, PVC flooring, etc.) to control the load of the decoration finish.

II. Material Selection and Testing

  1. Environmental Protection and Performance Testing: Send samples of decoration materials for testing, focusing on the radioactivity of stone and tiles, formaldehyde emissions from panels, and pressure resistance of pipes. Mechanical performance tests are required for load-bearing components such as ceiling keels and partition wall keels to ensure their load-bearing capacity meets design requirements.
  2. Adaptation of Modular Building Materials: For modular prefabricated houses, the decoration materials need to be adapted to the needs of factory production, such as selecting prefabricated ceilings and wall panels to ensure on-site assembly efficiency and quality.

III. Main Construction Procedures

  1. Demolition Operation Specifications: Only non-load-bearing walls are allowed to be demolished, and the demolition or modification of prefabricated panel support walls is strictly prohibited. Before demolition, use professional instruments to detect the wall structure and confirm that it has no load-bearing function before proceeding with construction. Manual chiseling must be used to avoid damaging the structure with large machinery.
  2. Anti-Leakage Treatment: Strengthen the construction of waterproof layers in areas prone to leakage, such as prefabricated panel joints and bathrooms. Modular buildings can complete the production of bathroom waterproof layers in the factory, and only need to check the sealing after on-site assembly to reduce the risk of leakage.

IV. Advantages of Modular Buildings

The interior decoration of modular prefabricated houses can complete most of the processes in the factory (such as ceilings, walls, bathroom waterproof layers, etc.), and only requires on-site assembly and a small amount of finishing work. Its advantages include short construction time, controllable quality, energy conservation, and environmental protection. Moreover, due to factory production reducing on-site wet operations, it further reduces structural loads and construction pollution risks.

By following the above steps, it can be ensured that the interior decoration of prefabricated houses meets structural safety requirements while achieving efficient and environmentally friendly construction goals.
