Prefabricated House Finished Styles
There are various styles of prefabricated house finished products, mainly including integral prefabricated concrete houses, customized assembled concrete houses, container-style prefabricated houses, and other finished prefabricated houses.

Integral prefabricated concrete houses: These houses have multiple assembly methods, with the common ones being hoisting and assembling. Hoisting-type prefabricated concrete houses are usually manufactured as a whole in the factory and then hoisted to the installation site using large hoisting equipment for installation. The advantage of this method is the fast installation speed, enabling the completion of house construction in a relatively short time. Assembling-type involves prefabricating the various components of the house in the factory and then transporting them to the site for splicing and assembly. This method is relatively flexible and can be adjusted and installed according to the actual situation on site, making it suitable for sites with complex terrain or special requirements for house layout.
Customized assembled concrete houses: The entire process adopts high-standard reinforced concrete for one-time pouring and forming. This manufacturing process makes the house structure more solid and stable, with high seismic performance and durability. They come in a complete range of specifications and diverse styles, able to meet the needs of different customers. More importantly, they can be customized according to the site size and usage requirements. Whether it is the size, shape, or internal layout of the house, it can be designed according to the customer's wishes, creating a unique living or usage space for the customer.
Container-style prefabricated houses: The interior is carefully divided into functional areas. For example, it can be set up with two master bedrooms and one study, with a double-separated bathroom in the middle, meeting various daily life needs. The exterior wall is made of metal corrugated sheets, which have high strength and corrosion resistance, ensuring the aesthetic appearance and durability of the house. Paired with double-glazed Low-E glass, it not only has good lighting effects but also effectively insulates and retains heat, reducing energy consumption. The wall has a built-in insulation layer, further enhancing the insulation performance of the house, keeping the indoor temperature more stable and providing a comfortable living environment for occupants.
Other finished prefabricated houses: They come in a rich variety of styles, including assembled, movable panel houses, double-story, and box-type houses. Assembled prefabricated houses have the advantages of easy installation and reusability; movable panel houses are widely used in the temporary building field due to their high flexibility and fast construction speed; double-story prefabricated houses increase the usable space, suitable for families with more people or places that require more functional areas; box-type prefabricated houses have a compact structure, are easy to transport and install, and are often used in special scenarios such as field operations and emergency rescue.
