Positioning of Finished Product Connections in Prefabricated Houses
The positioning of finished product connections in prefabricated houses mainly includes the installation positioning of prefabricated walls, prefabricated composite slabs, and EMC prefabricated structures, as detailed below:

Installation Positioning of Prefabricated Walls
First, mark the wall lines and 200mm control lines on the poured floor slab, and simultaneously mark 500mm horizontal control lines on the prefabricated walls. These lines provide precise benchmarks for wall installation. Next, adjust the reinforcement bars, with surveyors measuring the elevation and attaching 30x30mm sealing sponge strips, with 10mm embedded in the structural wall and 20mm remaining in the insulation layer to ensure sealing between the wall and the floor slab. During the lifting of vertical components, special attention must be paid to preventing angled cables from exerting horizontal forces on the walls, which could affect installation accuracy. Lifting should start with the exterior walls, followed by the interior walls. After the walls have descended to a certain height, check if the reinforcement bars align with the gaps in the walls. Once confirmed, continue lowering until they reach the base slab and install steel supports, with the support points being half the height of the wall. Finally, surveyors adjust the wall's verticality, secure the supports tightly, and detach the hooks firmly to complete the wall installation positioning.
Installation Positioning of Prefabricated Composite Slabs
Before lifting the composite slabs, complete the support and positioning layout work to ensure the lifting sequence matches the drawing numbers. During lifting, the connection between the chains and lifting points must comply with design requirements, and the slabs should be accurately positioned according to the layout lines. To prevent grout leakage, foam tape should be applied to the side forms of the beams. The reinforcement bars at the slab ends should be bent first, then positioned according to the side form layout lines of the beams, and fine-tuned with crowbars to ensure accurate positioning of the composite slabs before straightening the reinforcement bars, completing the installation positioning of the composite slabs.
Positioning of EMC Prefabricated Structures
A 70mm gap is reserved at the bottom of EMC prefabricated hollow shear walls as a cast-in-place joint section, requiring separate consideration for the support of the lower formwork. During construction, small steel shims + square steel are used to elevate and support the bottom, with single steel shim dimensions of 50mm×50mm×5mm and square steel dimensions of 50mm×50mm×2.5mm to ensure the stability and levelness of the walls. Additionally, fixed bolt holes should be pre-reserved in the EMC prefabricated hollow shear wall panels during prefabrication for reinforcement during construction, improving the overall integrity and safety of the structure.
