Detailed Explanation of the Customization Process for Prefabricated Houses

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The customization process for prefabricated houses mainly includes four stages: site selection and design, material preparation and production, transportation and installation, and acceptance and delivery.

Site Selection and Design: First, select an appropriate construction site and comprehensively evaluate key factors such as the surrounding environment and geological conditions to ensure that the site selection meets the requirements for house construction and subsequent use. Then, design the house blueprint according to your own needs, carry out reasonable module division, and formulate detailed design plans and production schedules. During the design phase, you can use free design software such as Kujiale and SketchUp to visually present your ideas, clarifying room layouts, door and window positions, and structural types. Additionally, if it involves self-built low-rise residential buildings, you need to apply to the village committee in advance and obtain approval; for construction in urban areas or temporary buildings, you must obtain a Temporary Construction Project Planning Permit.

Material Preparation and Production: Prepare necessary materials such as cement and steel bars to ensure an adequate supply. Subsequently, mass-produce modular components in the factory according to the design plans. During the production process, strict quality control must be implemented to ensure that the components meet quality standards and are dimensionally accurate, while also taking good care of maintenance measures. Some manufacturers also adopt special processes to enhance product performance to meet the needs of different customers.

Transportation and Installation: Safely transport the prefabricated house components to the construction site and, in accordance with the design drawings and construction plans, systematically install the main structure and supporting facilities such as electrical and plumbing systems. During the installation process, great importance should be attached to safety management to protect the personal safety of construction workers. Moreover, strict inspections should be conducted at each installation stage, and only after passing the inspections can the next process proceed. For export projects, the modules need to be uniformly coded and classified for inspection, with proper waterproofing, anti-corrosion, and anti-seismic protection to adapt to the ocean shipping environment.

Acceptance and Delivery: After the house installation is completed, conduct an overall inspection, focusing on checking whether the house is aesthetically pleasing, practical, and meets safety standards. For export projects, after landing, the assembly is completed through crane lifting and interface connection, and the house can be put into use after connecting the water and electricity supplies.
