The construction tutorial for prefabricated houses varies depending on the type, mainly divided into two categories: prefabricated assembled buildings and prefabricated detachable container houses. The specific construction steps are as follows:

Prefabricated Assembled Buildings

1. Standard Floor Construction Sequence (Taking Prefabricated Bay Windows and Balconies as Examples)

   • Setting Out and Positioning: Determine the building axis and component positions to provide a reference for subsequent construction.
   • Rebar Binding for Wall Columns and Aluminum Formwork Installation: Bind rebars according to design requirements, install aluminum alloy formwork, and secure it.
   • Rebar Binding for the Bottom of the Floor Slab: Complete the laying and fixing of the bottom rebars of the floor slab.
   • Reservation and Embedding of Water and Electricity Pipelines: Embed pipelines before concrete pouring to avoid structural damage from later slotting.
   • Concrete Pouring for the Floor Slab: Vibrate in layers to ensure uniform strength.
   • Fine Leveling of the Cast-in-Place Floor: Adjust the floor flatness through mechanical or manual means to provide conditions for subsequent processes.

2. Construction Plan for Prefabricated PC Wall Panels

   • Pre-installation Preparation:
     • Rebar Positioning: Precisely process positioning rebars to ensure accurate docking between the inserted rebars and the column body. Sign and confirm after acceptance.
     • Construction of Inclined Support Embedded Parts: Pre-embed bolts in the cast-in-place surface layer of the floor slab according to the positioning drawing and fix them with rebar hoops.
   • Key Points for Hoisting:
     • Use a modular hoisting beam, select the hoisting point, and connect the steel wire rope to the lifting ring with a shackle.
     • Check the appearance and connections when hoisting to a height of 500mm. Continue hoisting to 600mm above the working layer and control the descent speed with a tag line.
   • Installation and Adjustment of Inclined Supports:
     • Connect the inclined support rods to the wall panels and cast-in-place slabs with bolts and preliminarily adjust the verticality.
     • Use long and short inclined support adjustment rods to calibrate in the vertical, parallel directions, and horizontal elevations to ensure compliance with the control line requirements.

Prefabricated Detachable Container Houses

1. Installation of the Bottom Frame
   • Connect the lower corner fittings to the bottom beams, fix the marking strips and distinguish specifications, and measure the diagonals to ensure perpendicularity.
   • Connect the columns (temporarily do not tighten), lay MGO boards, and level the ground.
2. Installation of the Top Frame
   • Connect the upper corner fittings to the top long beams, adjust the verticality of the columns, and then install the short beams and marking strips.
   • Reinforce the intersections of the top strips to ensure structural stability.
3. Installation of the Drainage System
   • Embed drainage channels, fix the drainage pipes, seal them with glue, and install downspouts.
4. Sealing Treatment
   • Paste sealing strips on the inner sides of the columns, bottom beams, and top beams to prevent leakage.
5. Installation of Wall Panels and Ceilings
   • Reserve positions for doors and windows on the wall panels and connect them at the bottom and top. Fix the ceilings to square tubes or top beams according to the wall panel conditions.
6. Installation of the Electrical System
   • Drill holes in the walls for threading and fix the wires to the steel wires.
7. Installation of Insulation and Roof Tiles
   • Lay glass wool insulation layers and fix the roof tiles to the inner side of the drainage channels and improve the details at the four corners.
