Prefabricated House Construction Process Table
The prefabricated house construction process mainly includes five stages: preliminary preparation and approval, construction preparation and setting-out positioning, foundation and main structure construction, decoration and completion acceptance, and real estate registration.

Preliminary preparation and approval: First, clarify the purpose of house construction, conduct site surveys to understand geological conditions and the surrounding environment, and formulate a design plan considering the applicability of the prefabricated frame structure. At the same time, gain a detailed understanding of local rural house-building policies, including homestead application conditions and house-building area standards. If a homestead application is required, submit relevant materials, which will undergo discussion and publicity by the villager group, review by the village-level organization, joint review and approval by the township government. If eligible, the applicant will be issued a Rural Homestead Approval Certificate and a Rural Construction Planning Permit. After obtaining homestead approval, submit a house-building application to the township (town) people's government, including the house-building design plan and construction drawings, and wait for on-site inspection and approval.
Construction preparation and setting-out positioning: Select qualified and reputable construction enterprises or rural builders and sign a written contract. Clear the site, purchase qualified building materials, especially components of the prefabricated frame structure, which must meet quality standards. Organize the entry of equipment and complete all pre-construction preparations. Contact the township government or relevant departments for setting-out positioning to determine the location and scope of house construction.
Foundation and main structure construction: Carry out foundation excavation, pouring, and other construction work according to design requirements to ensure the stability and safety of the foundation. For prefabricated frame structures, pay special attention to the connection method between the foundation and the prefabricated components. Main structure construction includes the production (if self-produced) and assembly of prefabricated components, which must be carried out strictly in accordance with the construction drawings and the construction process of the prefabricated frame structure, with quality inspections and concealed work acceptance carried out properly.
Decoration and completion acceptance: After the completion of the main structure, carry out decoration construction, with materials meeting environmental protection and safety requirements. After the house is built, conduct a self-inspection first to ensure that the construction quality meets the planning requirements. Apply to the township government for completion acceptance. If the inspection shows that it meets the planning requirements and building quality standards, the farmer can obtain relevant certificates or supporting documents.
Real estate registration (optional): After passing the acceptance, apply to the real estate registration department for real estate registration with the approval documents and acceptance opinion form to obtain a property ownership certificate.
