The prefabricated house construction process typically involves factory production, transportation, and on-site installation, but images cannot be directly provided. Here is a detailed description of the process:

Factory Production Phase: The construction of prefabricated houses begins with the industrial production of building components in a factory. This process divides the house into independent standard modules, each of which may contain functional areas such as bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. Specific procedures include welding the steel structure main body to build a sturdy framework for the house; laying walls to form the enclosure structure; embedding water and electricity pipelines in advance to plan the routes and connection points of water and electricity; installing doors and windows to ensure ventilation and lighting in the house; conducting full-house fine decoration, including wall and floor treatment and installation of indoor facilities; completing waterproof and fireproof tests to ensure the safety and durability of the house; and finally conducting safety quality inspections to ensure that each module meets quality standards. For example, some factories adopt advanced production lines and technologies to achieve efficient and precise production, improving the quality and production efficiency of the modules.

Transportation Phase: After the production of finished modules is completed, they are transferred to domestic ports via special flatbed trucks and then shipped to various parts of the world on ocean-going cargo ships. During transportation, a series of protective measures need to be taken, such as securing the modules and protecting them from moisture and rain, to ensure that the modules are not damaged during transportation.

On-site Installation Phase: After the modules arrive at overseas ports, they are transported to the construction site and lifted and connected using cranes. This process is like assembling Lego blocks, aligning, locking, and connecting water and electricity for each module according to design requirements. Taking the construction of prefabricated houses in rural areas of South Korea as an example, first, the foundation is leveled and a cushion layer is poured, including clearing weeds, excavating foundation pits, laying white plastic sheets, and pouring the foundation; then, foundation piles are installed and beams are spliced. After the concrete solidifies, sole plates are installed. A mobile crane is used to install the prefabricated foundation piles, and beams are installed and fixed like building blocks; then, soil is backfilled and the foundation is poured to complete the foundation framework structure, providing a stable foundation for the subsequent installation of modules.
