Prefabricated House Construction Process

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The construction process of prefabricated houses mainly includes steps such as foundation preparation, prefabricated component production, concrete pouring, component assembly, wall treatment, installation of doors, windows, and pipelines, roof construction, interior decoration, and final acceptance inspection.

Foundation Preparation: Before construction, the area needs to be surveyed and measured, ground obstacles cleared, and the foundation excavated and uniformly compacted according to design requirements to ensure that the foundation's flatness and bearing capacity meet standards, providing a stable foundation for subsequent construction.

Prefabricated Component Production: In the factory, prefabricated cement components such as wall panels, floor slabs, and beams are produced according to design drawings. After individual production of scattered parts, final assembly is completed on an assembly platform, similar to the production model in the automotive industry, ensuring component standardization and precision.

Concrete Pouring: Concrete is mixed and poured on the construction site to fix the foundation and prefabricated components. During the pouring process, it is necessary to ensure that the concrete is dense and flat to enhance the stability and strength of the building.

Component Assembly: Prefabricated components are assembled according to design requirements, including three-dimensional connection of wall panels, installation of floor slabs, and fixation of beams. During assembly, precise measurement and adjustment are required to ensure tight connections between components and a sturdy structure. Each component has a detailed 'ID card' recording information such as the project name, product model, and production date, with steel bar positioning accuracy measured in millimeters.

Wall Treatment: The walls are smoothed and decorated, such as through plastering, painting, or bricklaying, to improve the building's appearance and durability.

Installation of Doors, Windows, and Pipelines: Door and window frames are installed and sealed, and water, electricity, and gas pipelines are laid and installed to ensure the building's functionality is complete.

Roof Construction: The roof structure is erected, roofing materials are laid, and waterproofing treatment is carried out to prevent leakage issues.

Interior Decoration: Interior decoration work such as floor laying, wall decoration, and ceiling installation is carried out to enhance living comfort.

Final Acceptance Inspection: After construction is completed, a comprehensive acceptance inspection is carried out to ensure that the building meets design requirements and relevant regulations and standards.

Compared with traditional construction methods, modular construction (prefabricated houses) has advantages such as short construction periods, controllable quality, energy conservation, environmental protection, and ease of maintenance. However, it places extremely high demands on the industrial base, requiring support from technical systems, production systems, and industrial clusters.
